“Today was my first time stopping by Ike's but it most definitely will not be my last! Jake greeted me with the friendliest smile and answered every question I had as a new customer. Believe me I had a lot! He even gave me his favorite order after my probing. *The Menage a trois with french bread, lettuce, red onion, pickles and banana peppers. His genuineness and energy told me I could trust him, so I ordered and joked that I knew where he worked if he led me astray. I am happy to report that Jake told no lies. The sandwich was AMAZING!!!! I also got the Hollywood's SF cheesesteak for my husband. He also loved his choice. I ended up buying two combos. I look forward to returning. I hope Jake is working that day!!! :-)“

Everything about the sandwiches here is absolutely perfect - from the perfectly crunchy dutch bread, to the generous toppings and ingredients in each sandwich that is both filling and yet also not overpowering in any way.

It's an unassuming exterior for the most part - but within, the seating is ample for anyone wishing to dine-in.

I've also experienced nothing but the BEST service and friendliness on all of my visits to this establishment.

They have both hot & cold sandos, although my personal favorite remains their main staple - 'The Melrose'!
Delectably delicious with plenty of creaminess, flavor, and texture. Nothing overpowers other ingredients.

“I ordered the Ahvaz after asking someone working there what is their favorite, and it did not disappoint. If you like heat and tons of flavor, I would highly recommend. The bread, sosis bandari, and seasonings were probably some of the best combinations I've ever had, and it might genuinely be the best sandwich I've had in LA. “Over the past year Lokal has been my absolutely favorite place in LA. If you’re a Venice/ Santa Monica or even marina del ray or Culver City local you have to start regularly coming here.

Not once have I had a bad dish or a bad guest experience. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating, the food and bevvies are super consistent and have not had one miss on this menu.

Whether it’s an on the go AM coffee, a small lunch burger to refuel me or a cozy dinner sandwich to wrap up my day. This place has been the spot.

The prices are extremely reasonably ( if not the most reasonable in West LA) and again, can’t emphasize the overall consistency enough. Love ya lokal!!“

Popular with my family. My mom really liked the chicken salad sandwich. Sometimes, it is unavailable.

Parking situation:
Very challenging. Pick up vistors parking on the BUS ONLY lane...not too good situation. Drivers waiting on streets blocking traffic to find a spot.

“This was my first time in Rinaldi's and I was impressed. I love a small, delicious deli and this fit the bill. This would be the perfect place to grab a sammie to take along on a flight outta' LAX. Roast beef was fresh as the the soft French roll. Customer service was great and the bathroom was clean. I will definitely be back when in the area.“

“We stopped here for lunch and the very first thing worth mentioning is the service from Gregory M, which was simply exceptional. I have been travelling around Los Angeles for two weeks and his service was genuinely the best we received on the entire trip. His friendly attitude, willingness to help, and excellent recommendations made the visit stand out. He is a real credit to the company.

We were recommended the “November to Remember” special and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The sandwich was a generous portion and tasted as good as it looked. The turkey was high quality, tender and full of flavour, and the cranberry walnut toasted bread was outstanding. Everything was fresh, well balanced, and clearly prepared with care. To go with it, I had the house-made lemonade, which was incredibly refreshing and packed with real flavour.

“Growing up in San Diego, where Board & Brew is from I must’ve had it countless times growing up. In fact, my high school was just down the street from the Del Mar location, which was the very first location, and I would have that at least once a week during senior year of high school. I still love it just as much today and the flavors are honestly the same today as they were back then which is so refreshing and what makes B&B special. We stopped in today at this Torrance location, and I can say that the flavors are just as good as all the others, and it really brings back a lot of memories every single time I eat one of these sandwiches. There is also a ton of free parking right in front and they do have a small bar inside where you can sit and drink and eat as well. They also have indoor tables as well.
