“As we walked in there was no hostess and all the bartenders saw us but turned the other way. We waited but it looked completely empty so we were a bit confused whether or not they were open. They could have said, "welcome, someone will be with you shortly".My friend had to walk up and ask if we find a spot or wait for someone. They said we need to wait for a hostess (not friendly at all). The hostess was nice and so was our waiter, THANKFULLY. I gave 4 stars for the lack of welcoming and because I felt like it was hard to pick something I thought would be good. Food was average, nothing too exciting from what we ordered.“

“We popped into HiHo on some downtime from working at the SoFi stadium.

The smash burgers were really tasty but the fries were the star of the show.

It was a nice addition to see alcohol being served.

The Aircon could probably do with a service as it was roasting in the seating area and the outside area was full to capacity (which is always a good sign.)

Believe me I had a lot! He even gave me his favorite order after my probing. *The Menage a trois with french bread, lettuce, red onion, pickles and banana peppers. The food was good, but I guess I expected it to be a bit more elevated based on experience at other Ritz Carltons. I guess I should have confirmed this when I made the reservation, so probably my fault. My review probably reflects my disappointment. The service was impeccable and waitress was friendly and attentive.“
