“I've been to other Chubby Cattle locations in the area, but this is my new favorite spot!
The service is both extremely friendly and fast; the meat we order arrives at the table nearly instantaneously. The meat quality was amazing, but the otoro is a must order. The chuck, short rib, and skirt steak were close seconds.“

“Big Ants BBQ is hands down my top pick for getting BBQ in the Los Angeles area!
I'm always surprised by how few people I hear talking about Big Ants, compared to some of the more hyped spots!
Every time I come to Big Ants, the service is super fast and efficient, the food is generously sized and delicious, and the prices are really good (especially for LA)!!
A few of my favorite items on the menu here include the Pull Pork Sandwich - it's big, thick, and yummy to chow down on. The Mac-N-Cheese here is also SO creamy, cheesy, and rich!
Other sides I often get include the Cole Slaw and/or Macaroni Salad, both of which are lighter, fresh additions to the meats and always tasty as well.
I highly recommend trying out Big Ants BBQ if you haven't yet. It's also a great take-out option, we pop into it from time to time when craving some good ol' BBQ, place an order to go, and it's always ready almost right away!
Don't miss out on this underrated Barbecue spot in LA!“

“Love this place! The food is very authentic and high quality meat. The servers are also very tentative. We ordered the small beef combo. The soup at the end is very tasty but we are way too full. It can serve at least 3-4 ppl. Def recommended!“

“Nice small family owned BBQ spot tucked away on a strip mall. Open for just a short amount of time but definitely worth it. Meats are sold by pound or half pound. Sides are pretty good. There are a few lunch benches inside and small parchment paper is given per guest for dine in. Very friendly family that will gladly answer any questions or help out anyway they can plenty of free parking outside including some handicap parking
Vegetarian options: Just sides but possibly not vegan. They are very nice if you want to call and ask specifically“

“Exceptional meats and sauces at this hole in the wall establishment. Come eat and help small business. Worth the stop. If you like teriyaki style foods or hawaiian foods this is top tier for the area. Katsu is world class! Atmosphere geys 4 stars because this joint does not have air conditioning so be prepared for that.“

“We personally loved the experience we had place. The price is reasonable for the amount of food that is offered. The service was great, like one of the owners was constantly attentive and sometimes cooked for us -- she even taught us how to do a flavorable bite with the meat, lettuce, salad and bean paste. The seaweed soup was a perfect finish! Though the inside may look outdated, I'd say the food and service made up for it.
Parking: There is a shared, free parking in the plaza. It's just limited because there are other businesses too that are fairly busy. It's also small and have to maneuver carefully as not to hit the other cars.“

“Visiting from out of state and just coming from the flight, I was looking for a true local bbq gem. L.A. Brisket did not disappoint! I ordered a half pound of brisket, and it was soooo good with just the salt seasoning that I had no need to mix with sauces or anything else. Would highly recommend this humble local gem“

The beef intestines are grilled in butter and delicious.
Braised first and then grilled, the color is full and full of color.

“✅ Skewers of all kinds
❌ Other cooked food / seafood
Great place to visit for skewers ❤️ you don't have to worry about turning the skewers as the machine was set to do the turning for you.
The restaurant was super warm, coming in for this in summer is really not a favourable option. Steamed egg in cups were given as complimentary.
Vegeggies were relatively more expensive than meat options, wish that they could do more choices.
Rmb to check with the waitors about the numbers of food per skewer before ordering.
Thanks to those who had food in this place before, I managed to skip some of the less good-value food option.“

if you would like to try some Mexican guisados, this is the place to stop by.
I had 4 tacos, and 1 was chicharron ,1 papas con chorizo, and 2 carne desebrada.
They served with beans and flour tortilla hand-made.
I didn't have a chance to take a picture because I was starving, but yeah.“

“A friend recommended this place. We drove from San Fernando valley just to try it. We absolutely loved it. Food was delicious and service was amazing!
I have to say the service is top notch! These guys are on it when it comes to serving you. We didn’t really have to ask for anything they came and changed the grill when needed, and they asked us what meats we wanted before we finished cooking, which it good! They also brought some sauce with jalapeños which was really good! The table has multiple sauces and seasoning too.
Yes they have music playing .Today they had old school hip hop/ RnB which we liked! And no it wasn’t loud , we can still hear each other talking.
The portions of the meat were good! The variety of option we paid for was good too. We went with their middle package. All the meats we tried were seasoned really good and tasted very good.
The place overall looked really clean. We got there before the rush. By the time we were done most of the tables were full.
They are also kid friendly. They were friendly with my children so that’s a major plus! My kids rated this place 11/11 lol.
We will definitely be making the drive again and I will definitely refer my friends here.
Thank you very much!“

“So far I have tried the spicy Korean fried chicken bowl, pork belly bowl and japchae, all of delicious. Always fresh. My toddler only likes japchae from an AYCE kbbq in Garden Grove, but she has approved of yours. 10/10 every time. I am always greeted with a smile. I will keep coming back.“

“Super tasty! King Yubu is a little hidden gem kind of place. Really delicious Korean style sushi. Think like little pockets with all kinds of fillings on rice. I got the Signature King Yubu, the spicy pork belly and the unagi Yubu with a spicy tuna and tempura sushi roll. All really good we also tried the kimchi loaded fries really big portion definitely a shareable portion. It was corn cheese with kimchi on the seasoned fries you can get different toppings like fried chicken or bulgogi but just the fries by themselves were super good so we went without all the extra. Definitely coming back to try the other options on the menu looks like new updates and ideas coming to the menu all the time. Great job chef.“

“I used to eat here for lunch at least once a week with my several co-workers and we loved it. Then due to our office relocation and other events, I have stopped coming until several days ago after more than 8 years, and the foods here are still outstanding as well as the services. Definitely will come back more often going forward with my family.“

“We came across this by chance and had no idea what to expect. We were kindly invited in right away, which is why we didn't have a chance to think about it ?
But it was also a good thing.
All you can eat is the motto here.
You have a grill in the middle of the table and then choose your ingredients that you want to grill yourself.
It really tasted very good. The quality is very good and the staff gave us great advice right from the start and explained everything to us.
Thank you for this experience.
The regular all you can eat came to $25.“

“I've been to Pigya twice now, and it was delicious both times! Make a reservation so you know you have a spot but on our last visit there was enough room so you would have been fine without one. Meat is delicious and perfectly cooked by our server...sides are also good and plentiful if you need more! Cannot recommend it enough!
Parking is K-Town is awful so valet if you can or Uber/Lyft.
Vegetarian options: Don't come to a Korean bbq place if you don't eat meat.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp for chairs and walkers if needed.“

“Fun experience. This is a no frills Korean restaurant- you have to get up and get your own water and side dishes. But the meat comes quickly when you order it and the staff was very good in changing our grill whenever we wanted. The brisket and shrimp are the best.“

“As soon as you're a few feet from the front of the location, you can already smell the the delicious food you're about to eat. I'm picky and I got the Brisket Loaded Fries. Picky Eater Certified ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would absolutely recommend this for a family day out, friends gathering, even by yourself! This place is just too good. My family ate up everything we got and were mind blown. And their prices??? Not crazy high like other places that give you food that's not worth the amount. This place gives you 100/10 food with very good prices. Will be back again! Also there is some parking in the front (street parking) and seating outside & inside. And EVERYONE who works here is nice, polite, and will answer your questions. Thank you all for being welcoming ?“

“This is the best roast pork I have ever eaten in LA. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. Although the dining environment is a bit rough, it is still very clean. The owners speak Cantonese and their English is very average, so please ask for communication. Be more patient.“

“Was looking for a place that serves Chinese cumin lamb skewers. Apparently, when we looked on the list suggested on Yelp, my boyfriend immediately chose this one since it is known in China. He was craving more skewers after the ones we got from the 626 Night Market the previous weekend. It wasn't the same vendor at the Night Market but was still pretty good. It wasn't too overly spiced, and you can cater to your liking on how spicy or whether you want it more dry or not. Extra condiments on the table if you want to add more spices.
It was kind of hard to find as it is located on a small boulevard and small stores. It barely has any street lights at night, and it's tucked all the way in the back corner of the little complex. You'll notice where they are since it is the only place that has a bright Christmas tree right in front of the store, and Christmas lights lit up all around to grab your attention. Since this is mainly a late night experience, you can use all the parking space in the complex to wait in your car while waiting for your turn.
It's better if you speak Chinese when you go there. They do speak English. We came around 8.30 pm on a Friday night and waited about 40 minutes for two people. It was a good timing as it seems more people come here later in the evening and great for groups. I would suggest just order to-go ahead of time, pick it up, and enjoy at home.
The place is very limited seating (max 35), lots of images/videos projected all along the walls. The chairs and seating are minimal decor, like you're seating at an outside bar vendor. It's nice that the place cooks the skewers outside where you're not covered in smoke. They will place the skewers as they're done cooking and place it on the main platter. At the time, it was $6.99 for 4 skewers.
Place is definitely a fun experience, a bit trendy for the younger crowd. Probably not a place for family with children though.“

“My experience at Omakase by Osen was great! This was my first Omakase experience and will certainly not be my last. All of the courses offered for the Nagatsuki Omakase were delicious, but my favorites had to be the wagyu wrap and egg custard. The quality was great, but for the amount of food you get, $140 may not be worth it to you if you expect to be totally full after. However, I definitely value the dining experience that comes with the food so it was worth it for me. The waitresses were so attentive and even did a little extra for me since it was my birthday. I would highly recommend!“
