“Amazing food at a reasonable price. The sun room is beautiful with tall ceilings and large windows. Norman, the owner, was very kind. Great variety of vegan and vegetarian food with offerings outside of what you find at other places. They also have lunch buffet menu! You can tell this is an authentic place and an old SF staple. Highly recommended and will come back next time I’m in town :)“

“Dabao is DaBOMB. Went for dinner there last night. I am visiting from Vancouver and so needed to try tried all of Emily’s signature plates. Each plate was better than the next. Flavorful, fresh and just absolutely delicious. And the spicy condiments were sooo good. This is not your average food court fare. Not only is this the best option at the Metreon, it’s up there with the best options in town. They also cater and you can order through all the delivery apps. Try it and you will not be disappointed.“

“I recently had Jason cook for my 40th birthday backyard/pool party for ~18 adults and he was phenomenal! Not only are his paellas and tapas incredibly tasty, he is also an all around great person. We had the paella Valencia moderna and the vegetarian paella and both were excellent, even better than the paellas I have had in Spain. My friends/family are still raving about his food! The presentation of everything was very impressive and really elevated the already exceptional flavors of all the food. The booking process was also seamless, Jason is an excellent communicator and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Chef Jason and his paella for your next special gathering! They and their staff do a terrific job in the pre-planning, purchasing, table setting, bar tending and cooking and clean up. The food choices have been interesting and well prepared even for events of 100 people attending. Her wine choices also were very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely want to work with them again.“

“This small cafe is on the alley directly across from the hall of justice and has four tables and another dozen seats along a wall. The menu is limited but the food is good and the quantity is large. There’s free water with glass containers you can bring to your seat. We ordered two bulgabi bowls, one a mini and the other the regular. Both had broccoli, chap chai, brown rice and a lot of beef. It came with sauces as well. The food was good and a mini would’ve been enough for both of us. Service was friendly but the beef was a bit tough to chew. The place is large but spartan but clean.“

“TL;DR - I hired Ann's team for my wedding at the Presidio and it was the best decisionAnn Walker in a nutshell is the sweetest and has been so incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. We reached out because she was an approved vendor for Presidio before Presidio handed the management to Wedgewood Weddings. After having a great conversation over the phone, where she described how long she'd been working in the industry and of course, her menu and pricing. I was looking for a catering service that would allow me to bring my own alcohol but not charge me a corkage. I was also looking to stay within a per person maximum. She was willing to meet all of my requirements!We were able to discuss the menu 3x or more! We met once for the tasting and got to meet Ann and the chef, who has experience cooking many cuisines and is quite worldly.On the wedding day, her staff was extremely friendly. My husband and I were doted on by Kathleen, who just felt like an aunt who wanted to take care of us. She filled my glass with champagne, my her's cocktail, and made sure I ate!Now, the most important part. My friends and family LOVED the food!!! They were raving about it from the start. The appetizers were delicious, we had lamb meatballs, veggie spring rolls, and mushroom empanada. For dinner, we had a family-style meal of fish curry, veggie curry, grilled tri-tip, and roasted vegetables. It made me so happy that my friends loved the food we were able to serve!“

We had to relocate our wedding at the last-minute due to the Napa/Sonoma fires and their team stepped up big-time to recreate the menu we already had from a different caterer. “Burke & Black served it up for us at our event. We had unique, rich, and amazing charcuterie boards for our Black & Brown Founders Fundraiser. I was hosting the event and when I finally got a chance to eat, everyone was actively grazing over the options and trying everything. I was feeling impatient about not being able to get to the food, but happy to see everyone enjoying it. Nicole is amazing and she really picked some unique varieties that come together so well. “Wonderful experience with the Revel meal delivery! The food was DELICIOUS and prepared perfectly. The whole family (including 5 kids) enjoyed it! The menu was creative and I could customize our order - double orders of protein and single orders of vegetables. They provided a touchless delivery with all of the items clearly labeled with ingredients (in case someone in your house is dealing with allergies) and clear instructions on how to finish the preparation. And to top it off, not only was the delivery on time, they texted me with a 20-minute heads up text so I would know exactly when my delivery would be on my door stop. For me, I was grateful for that extra effort so our food didn’t sit out in the sun.“

“When searching for a caterer for my wedding I remembered that Delores did catering and that I had her amazing food before and knew that I couldn't make a better choice then to have her and her team do the catering. Dee was there from step one and very easy to work with. Her goal is to make sure that you get exactly what you want. She calmly put up with my craziness and changes. We had an amazing pre wedding tasting and were in contact the months leading up to the wedding. I had my wedding in a home so Dee also took care of all of the rentals and staff for serving and bar tending. The food was absolutely perfect! Dee had a lemonade and ice tea station for when my guests arrived. For appetizers we had crab cakes, bruschetta, cheese and charcuterie. For dinner we had flank steak (cooked to absolute perfection), herb roasted chicken, spinach salad, cold pesto pasta salad with tomatoes, mixed grilled vegetable, bread and butter. I wouldn't change a single thing about any of the dishes. Fresh, perfect seasoning, cooked perfectly, all around perfect. All of her staff were amazing, professional, and quick to make sure everyone was as happy as possible. I would recommend Dee to anyone looking for a great caterer with great staff, and great food. She can handle groups of any size. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful.“
