“This place is a ridiculous gem of a spot. Rather unassuming from the outside, but inside is a super focused, stylish and capable kitchen turning out a small menu of greatness. It almost goes without saying that this is not grocery store rotisserie chicken. You actually get crispy skin here, non generic seasoning and nosiness throughout. It's also served with fresh mint and cilantro, and all the chimichurri you can stand. The sides are impeccable with next level roasted broccoli and Brussels, both also served with herbs and bright sauces. All wrapped it up with really great service. Date night-level ambiance too! Only thing is you need to be ready for stinky leftovers because the amount of cruciferous veggies (cauliflower, sprouts, broccoli) you can get, but it's worth it.“

“We didn't realize this place was cash only until we arrived, so as a workaround, we ordered online and checked out using square payments. Fortunately, we were still able to dine in, and the hostess checked in with us and brought us water. The food was solid, not the best I've ever had but nothing wrong with it. “My wife and I split a cubano and a pulled pork. The cibatta held together well and held the coleslaw and chipotle mayo without getting soggy. The cheese on the cubano was melted and stringy. When we got the sandwiches they were so hot we couldn't pick them. Delicious. And big too. We brought a 1/4 of each sandwich home. The husband and wife team were very friendly. Seating inside for 10 at most. And outside for maybe 18. They are not fast but it's well worth the wait!“

“Pho 2000 is a cute restaurant with two floors with kind and efficient service. I ordered pho dac biet (#1) small size and Thai iced tea. They also provide with hot tea when you first sit. The pho was okay. Everything was fine except that the broth wasn’t as strong as I wanted it to be. It was very mild which made it kind of hard to taste. I had to mix a bit of hoisin sauce into the broth to be able to taste it. The noodles were kind of overcooked and there wasn’t as much meat as I thought there would be. The Thai tea was delicious! Strong, sweet, and refreshing just how I like it. I had received both items in less than 10 minutes. This restaurant is a great lunch spot!“

The environment is chill, food was good, service was warm and friendly. | Ambiance | There's ~8 table here, with benches for seating; each table can comfortably seat 4-6, possibly more with kids. The restaurant is bright and delightfully decorated. | Food | Given this was our first time here, we ordered two #1 Original: one with shrimp, one with beef. The meat/bone broth has been cooked for hours and has a delicious depth to it. We had regular noodles (imported from Yuana) in one and kale noodles in the other. Both were delicious. The bridge of toppings that come with each order of noodles, albeit gimmicky, was fun and added texture to the dish; atop the bridge were corn, preserve vegetables, yuba, goji berries, ham slices, a shrimp, wood ear strips, chives, and a quail egg. The protein ( slices of beef and shrimp) came out raw, along with noodles on the side, and piping hot broth for us to cook everything in. All in all, a very satisfying meal. We also got the tofu + ground pork cold dry noodles and a wood ear appetizer. The dry noodles were unique and I liked the tofu flavors in them, though I still preferred the version with broth. The wood ear appetizer was good - vinegary and had a little kick. | Service | The manager/owner (?), having learned that this was our first visit, welcomed us and shared her recommendations. It was clear she's passionate about the food and takes pride in their offerings. She and the other waitress were both great in ensuring we were well taken care of; service was quick. Despite this being a restaurant that has been opened for only 5 months, everything is operating smoothly. When the bill came, I opted to pay with a credit card. These days, the tip portion of the credit card workflow at restaurants can get quite confusing, often ranging anywhere from 15-25% or more. Unlike other restaurants that default tip to 18% or 20%, I appreciated Oodle defaulting theirs to 15%. For that, and for the delightful service, I was happy to increase the tip to the next tier up at 18%. They earned it!“

It's the little things like remembering my favorite little side of spicy chilies and fish sauce or waiting for me a little after hours when I'm running late from my class that really set this place on top. The food is excellent (and they know how to make it actually spicy which already earns them gold stars from me) but it's their kindness in remembering the details even on Togo orders that really bring me back each time. The lady at the counter truly is the nicest person you will ever meet, and the food was insane. And even though the interior and vibe of this place is very simple (I’d say it’s more like an eatery) the food is really good and authentic. The only option we skipped was pelmeny (as their origin isn’t really Ukrainian). Very juicy, good quality of meat in the filling and well cooked cabbage leaves- Vareniky (dumplings) 5/5 We got vegetarian versions (potato and potato with cheese) and love them. “I picked this restaurant on a whim before leaving the city and it did not disappoint! My gf ordered a bean and cheese burrito which was not on their menu and they accommodated her request and brought it out in beautiful presentation. The chicken mole I ordered was also beautifully presented and the most delicious mole I've had (don't tell my grandma lol). I've added this to my "must stop here" list of places on the city and I'll be sure to visit this place whenever I'm in SF“

“Came here on Friday, after a movie (at AMC) for lunch. It's a short walk and the food is great! Much better than food court food. There's a nice traffic of what looks like regulars and no wait to be seated. The dining room has a nice cozy feel to it -- not spartan like some of the Vietnamese restaurants in Sunset. And it was very pleasantly nice to step into the cozy space. Waiter is friendly, though they seem thinly staffed so service was not very fast. We had: * Hue rolls for Appy: SO fresh, lovely bouncy rice wrap + the pork is amazingly flavored. Their Hue Roll is much better than their spring roll. The pork has an amazing smoky, rich flavor without being heavy. * Beef Bo: a little annoying that it costs extra if you want beef balls, tendons or trip, but it tasted really good. Really fresh ingredients and very satisfying. You may have to ask for the sprouts and hoisin sauce/Sirarcha. Ours came once we asked for it, but did not come by default. For me, the accompaniments (esp lime, sprouts, Thai basil and hoisin/sirarcha) really makes the Beef Bo for me SO do ask if you don't get it by default Love finding this restaurant! Tin now has 3 locations across SF, including one on Spear (which used to be called MAU), which is how I recognized to come here. Love the Tin food!! Specialty is the pork and the lemongrass chicken with rice is also super satisfying -- a little gingery & caramel-y. They really specialize in meats that have a bit of caramelization + a fresh take with an aromatic combo (like lemongrass, ginger, etc).“

“Oh my gosh! This was some of the best Chinese food i’ve had in a while. It was amazing and I loved the ban ban noodles! The service was amazing. They pour your water for you, put food on your plate, ect. I loved the atmosphere and lighting! “I have reviewed this neighborhood restaurant before as we order take out once a month. Today we decided to eat in... For apps we had the Haukaw and Siomai Combination. Followed by the Crab Rangoon. Both were tasty, freshly steamed and met our expectation. Next we had Mandarin Eggplant. This is our all time fave. It tastes even better when you eat at the restaurant! We ordered Eliza's Spicy Chicken. The were decorative Veggie that were crisply sautéed along the sides. Very good and one of our faves. Lastly, we had some Mushroom Chow Fun...delish! All the dishes were so much better as dine-in! But take out is not bad despite the time in the container. A neighborhood must!“

I was mom verbally seated as the owners handled a large group of guest-- this I appreciated (something about informality that makes me feel welcome). I ordered the bbq beef pho (large) with iced tea. The broth was super fragrant and the beef had a wonderful color. This bowl hit the spot, man. Sometimes you get beef that is sort of tasty and has no color, looks dry sage for being in broth, but this was excellent. I think I paid about $23-24 for the whole meal. The tea is about $6 and I think the large bowl was $14 or $15. Honestly, I'm 6'3 and 225lbs and was wicked hungry and it was too much almost for me haha. Go with the regular one. 10/10 will come back.“

They "are" Sumac SF (Medditeranean), Saucy Salads, and Soupchu ... so you can mix and match across three menus. We went with the mezze platter from Sumac SF (five vegetarian options) with meatballs and chicken. The pita is awesome, everything was fresh and warm, and the service at pickup was great. Note that it is on a busy street-corner, there is no obvious spot to park, but pickup was quick and painless. The food was great, and we'll be back for pickup. UberEats and GrubHub drivers were all over the place, but our food was ready exactly when they said it would be.Vegetarian options: Not just vegetarian, but gluten-free options. If you don't want pita, you can get vegetable sticks. “TLDR: The best spicy ramen I had in the Bay Area. Karaka spicy ramen is the real deal. Good spicy not bad spicy. Super flavourful. I literally enjoyed every bit of the ramen and I'm not exaggerating at all. Like absolutely loved it. I ordered the Karaka spicy ramen - noodles: firm; egg: seasoned; meat: pork. It was simply deliciousness in a cute ceramic bowl. 5/5 We also tried the Shishito peppers, they were lovely too. And the Takoyaki ball. And the pork buns. All three top notch. Special mention to the sauce that the Takoyaki came with. We did feel the pork buns could've been less dry but we managed it with the Takoyaki sauce which was really good. My coworkers were very happy with their ramen too- Akamaru modern and the dragon style ramen which I believe is a special. By now we're already full and were contemplating on dessert and then while we were thinking out loud about matcha shaved ice, the staff happened to be at our table and quickly said they have it and we quickly got it. It was a super light dessert which tasted like you're having some mild sweet but actually is just ice. They added a bit of mochi in it which was cute.
