In a city full of good dining options, this one reflects a cool ambience, wonderful foods and excellent service - attentive but not overwhelming or pretentious. We ordered a number of starters - shrimp, omelette, country pate and the bread - of course, the bread... The main comprised 3 roasted chicken (our family loves a wonderfully roasted chicken - crispy skin and succulent inside).... as well as a halibut. Each of the dishes are on point... Just a note - the wine pricing is on a high side given the proximity to the wine country. The gentleman who took care of us was wonderful... checking in on us at the right time... Just a great experience.“

In addition to kushi, they also have several other dishes that are delicious, but especially the chicken-skin gyoza and their karaage. They also have a solid sake selection. I’ve been here several times and am always eager to come back. Heads up that if you come hungry then leaving full will probably run you at least $50 per person without drinks.“

“You order everything at the bar and then they bring it to you and seating is first come first serve which is nice for a weekend crowd. Things move quickly and the service is fast. Limited wine only from a can which was $28 for one can which has two glasses in it if the pricing transparency is helpful to folks. Note on the menu there is some note about $100 fee if you leave your credit card which feels extreme.. other than that the vibe is nice young and fun for the area“
