“I stop by after work yesterday to get the tiramisu cake for my mother-in-law. Each of us had a slice of it after the homemade hot pot dinner. We were all quite amazed about the texture and the taste. Beyond our expectation! I have to say personally I like it better than 85 °C’s version (or other competitors bakery) especially with the $31.99 price. The guy helped with my pick up was nice, I was in and out for 5 minutes. He gave me 3 packs of different color candles although we didn’t ended up using those. Their paper plates quality are not that good, very thin made. I would suggest just ask for utensils for your cake order. Might go with a different flavor next time for my husband and my daughter’s birthdays in September. :)“

“My wife and I ordered some Empanada for Thanksgiving and we visited this bakery for the first time. Our first impression was the place was very clean and products displayed were pleasing to our eyes. But what is more important were the services given to us by CJ and Karlos. These two young man helped us and it seemed as though, they enjoy helping. CJ & Karlos, many thanks for your service. “The Filipino deserts app has mold. Brought these to a party and thank God it was discovered by my guests at the party. Called to get a refund and below me off as a joke. Mind you my wife and I live one hour away and demanded that we bring back the product that was purchased back to them to inspect. I have been purchasing deserts from them for over 35 years and spend a lot of money. So sad and no accountability and glad no one got sick. I will be letting the San Bernardino health dept know of this crooked establishment not following State and court health codes.“

“We stumbled upon this bakery after having dinner in this strip mall and ended up leaving with 4 pieces of bread and 6 egg tarts! The owner was friendly and inviting. She answered our questions about the products and packaged everything nicely for us to be on our way. I love supporting small businesses and this one is definitely one to add to the list!“

“Back in mid-October, while planning lunch for our company event, I reached out to a few Paris Baguette locations, but PB-Milpitas was the only one to get back to me right away. Even though it’s not the closest store, the manager, Claire, was super helpful and enthusiastic, so I decided to go with them—and it was totally worth it! Our colleagues quickly realized that besides their amazing bread, their sandwiches are really tasty too.

Since then, we’ve used PB-Milpitas for a few last-minute meeting orders, and every time, the delivery has been right on time. I have to say, this store has definitely earned my praise. Big thanks to Claire and the team for today’s Halloween-themed cake—it really gave everyone a “treat” without the “trick”!“

“I live in Palo Alto- I usually get stuff over there but i was out and about Milpitas and ordered Triple Bundtlet Tower via APP- 8/15 5 PM pick up- I got there and my order was a few minutes delayed. Literally 3-4 mins - it was my lemon cake that took a tiny bit longer to get ready - I didnt mind it at all. To my surprise, even for that couple of minutes of a waiting - Vishika (hope I spelled it right) at the front and I didn't get a chance to get the other wonderful team member's name that offered me extra bundtlet, as well as Tran that gave my order with another sincere apologies all handled the situation extraordinarily well. I was simply blown away with these 3 people's amazing service! And when I got home, it was the best bundtlet i've ever had. YUM!!!! I had to get going so I couldnt thank each one of you once more in person lol. So here you go. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much! All of you made my day :) i recommend this place with 5 stars :)“

“They have good cakes in general. A few days back I ordered their passion fruit mousse cake for my daughter’s bday, but the passion fruit jelly was not set properly and dripped to the side of the cake . We brought the cake and kept it refrigerated for a long time but the gel did not still get set.
I am not sure whether I would get it again .“

“A good bakery and a mock up of 85 degrees. They had plenty of baked food unlike 85 which has more pastries. You get to choose a variety of savory pastries from chicken to ham to pork. They also had coffee options which I didn’t like much. The 85 degree bakery had a better barista. A good place to get some pastries and baked food.“
