“Husband and I went there last night during Haunt Hopping in Santa Ana -- and WOW!! Absolutely delicious, filling burgers and crispiest, hottest fries! Very friendly service. Hoping they open some locations near us, but until then, we'll make special trips -- they're that good!“

“Finally, I’ve been looking for a place across mission Viejo/lake forest/laguna area that was not an over priced sandwhich chain with low quality ingredients and flavor.

They have a place or 2 like this in Costa Mesa/newport area.

Basically everything here is fresh, authentic, unique, has that east coast vibe, unique flavors, custom sandwhiches and drinks. Everything we had was delicious, we’ll be coming back.

We ordered chicken parm, italian, and veggie sandwhich. We’re coming back for the pastrami and roast beef for sure.

My favorite items on the menu are Almond Croissant, Cream Broiler and Almond Cake plus all the rest of the pastry they make. Oh well, they were delicious. Probably the best I've ever had and the amount of potato salad and sauerkraut made up for the missing sausage. The roll with butter were good too. The price online says $9.99 but at the window it says $12.99. I told the nice woman I'd be back. That's my new go to food place whenever I visit the Health Care Agency near by.“

“Cool vibe, good food. Happy hour daily from 2-5 with 50% off beer and wine. My only complaint would be the table tops were sticky/dirty looking. Not from lack of cleaning, just seemed to be the varnish they used on the wood. Also, the garlic parm fries are coated in a garlic butter. Very greasy/oily. If you're not into greasy fries, steer clear. Overall though, I would recommend, and I will be back.“

My tip: Always go with their longest length sandwich. I go with either pastrami, egg, or veggie sandwich -depending on the mood and always with everything on it. “If I could give 10 stars they would get it! I rarely go online to write a review, and if I do it’s because I had a horrible experience. I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“José is the most artistically creative sushi chef we have ever come across and had the pleasure of being served by! His sushi creations are amazingly flavorful and to die for! Definitely suggest letting him pick for you, if you would like to try something new! I can't say enough nice things about this place. Its reasonably priced, and all the staff are nice and courteous. “WE had a 70th birthday brunch with 6 of us and it was a lovely luncheon. The weed-wacker made it hard to hear for a while, but the ambiance and beautiful views made it worthwhile. The service was a bit slow but the food was delish and everyone found something different to try. We were seated right upon arrival and I think we all decided we'd go back again with our families!“

“Sashimi is a sushi restaurant located at the corner of Lake Forest Drive and Dimension Drive. It appears to be run by a Korean family and is a popular spot among the locals. They have a sushi bar, but we opted to dine at a table. Steve greeted us and was not only friendly and helpful, but his service level enhanced our overall dining experience.

We tried a number of dishes during our visit. Among my favorites were the Veggie Tempura, Salmon Nigiri, Lake Forest Roll (I appreciate that they allow substitutions so I subbed spicy yellowtail in place of the spicy tuna) and Special Carpaccio S. The Spicy Salmon cut roll was nothing special and tasted more like a California Roll. The Yellowtail Cheek was good, but it was more meaty and less tender than I've enjoyed at other Japanese restaurants. My wife ordered the Pink Lady, but I prefer my sushi with rice. All in all, we enjoyed our Sashimi experience and I'd recommend checking it out if you're in Lake Forest and in the mood for raw fish at a reasonable price.“

“My husband and I stopped in on a Friday evening. We were the only patrons which made me a little concerned at first but there was consistent takeout pickup the whole time we were there. Our apps were fresh and prepared to order. I had the green curry and my husband had the KUA-KRING SIAM, both had incredible flavors and just straight up delicious!“

“A wonderful find. My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience at Sabatinos Italian Bistro this evening. Our server Frederico was professional and quite personable. We started our dinner with two glasses of wine and the bruchetta. The Talbot Chardonnay and the Dry Creek Cabernet were both excellent choices. My wife ordered the eggplant gnocchi, which she loved, and I had the sausage and pepper rigatoni. Both dishes were excellent. The service, food, and ambiance were quite authentic and enjoyable. We spoke with Frederico, who is the ultimate professional, and decided to order a side of meatballs to go as well. This was our first time at Sabatinos, and this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. Ask for Frederico as he is the ultimate professional. Highly Recommended.“

“Our family met a friend at PF Chang's for lunch. Our server was excellent and we enjoyed cocktails and appetizers. I ordered Won Ton soup, which came after everyone else was eating. I got my Mandarin Orange Salad first, but alas, no oranges. Our server brought me a nice dish of oranges, so that was great. When I finally got my soup, I have to say it was the BEST Won Ton soup I ever had. The Hibiscus refresher drink was also tasty.“
