There’s basically no service—you scan a QR code to order, and they bring the food when it’s ready. The dumplings were solid, definitely a highlight. The cucumber salad was fantastic, super fresh and authentic. Hot and sour soup, though? Not my thing—couldn’t get used to the flavor. The beef pie stole the show with its thin, crispy skin and juicy filling. Scallion pancake was just okay, nothing special. The xiao long bao was tasty with soft, flavorful skins. Overall, they’ve got some great dumplings worth trying. Parking’s either on the street or in the back lot.“

“New Boba spot and I love it. Their prices are very reasonable and I love that their boba is always fresh and soft. I always order off the swirl menu. Add creme brulee to your drink. They also have fries, onion rings, and cheese sticks. Love the plain cheese sticks, only thing missing is the marinara sauce. They give ranch but I don't like their ranch. It tastes weird. I tried the plain onion rings extra crispy. They are ok but leave a grainy after taste. I'll stick to the cheese sticks. But I love their boba. I go almost every day“

“One of the boba places I tried next to Menya Hanabi. This isn’t a place to really sit down, it is a place to get your drink and go. There are two self serve touch screens where you can place your order, and it is nice that your name will show up on the screen to let you know approximately when your drink is ready. It seems this is a franchise so there are other places that serve the same, but this was my first experience and I think it is worth a try.

I decided to give the waffle a try, my kid enjoyed it. The passion fruit drink I got was decent, but the seeds inside were quite hard.

I like how modern the place is, but it seems to be a lot more pricier than some other places that I have been to in this city. I think my bill for 5-6 drinks and a snack was about $60. I believe I could have gone to another place and max would have been $40.

The vibes of the place are really chill too. So it's no wonder why students love going here after school. Overall, this is a great boba place!“

“Great boba place. I came here after a walk as the sun was beaming and this place was a nice break.

I ordered a Dancing Crane Black Tea, and it was great. It was recommended to me, and I can see why, due to its sweet and milky. The boba was a bit chewy but light.

The atmosphere of the shop was open and clean, and the cashier who recommended me the drink was very nice (Thank you Lucy).

“Pretty good experience at this Tea Shop compared to other location I went to in Rowland. They have two order yourself stations and I was able to take a look more closely this time at their selection. This is located at the front, and although there isn’t any seating, besides a bench, you could take your drink and walk inside towards the food court.

I tried and enjoyed the Sunlight Fruit Tea. Got it with less sugar and less ice.

“I have made boba stops every day this week while I’ve been in LA. I had the strawberry matcha drink. It was decent for what it is but the strawberry that is used seems to be a syrup base which wasn’t my personal preference. Reminded me of what gets used in a McDonalds strawberry sundae.

Again drink was not bad, just wasn’t my personal preference from other strawberry matches he had.

When I visited today around 6 PM, I noticed there was only one employee, Shannon, who was managing all aspects of the front operations. She handled taking orders, making drinks, making waffles, and distributing orders. I was quite surprised that there were no additional staff members present at the time.While I understand that the limited space of the cafe promotes a grab-and-go concept, the workload seemed overwhelming for one person. Despite this, Shannon handled everything efficiently, although it did result in a 15-minute wait for my order.
