“Excellent takeout. We ordered over $100 worth of food and it was all great. Chick teriyaki was good quality and arrived hot. All the rolls were fresh and made well. The service was top notch. They listened to all the special requests. We will order again.“

“Super great for a quickish meal!! I ordered the baked lobster roll and beef potstickes and ate it outside (there are no tables inside, so maybe not great if its cold out). Both my items were DELICIOUS. Service was also fairly quick. It was a little busy for them and I think I only waited maybe 10-15 minutes.“

“I lived in SB my whole life up until 4 years ago and have been going to edomasa for near 30 years now. The food is incredible!! Santa Barbara offers many other sushi restaurants but none come close to comparing to edomasa. They are mostly too expensive, not fresh, extremely packed with tourists, etc. Edomasa is the real deal when it comes to a locals spot with even the famous that live there frequenting (they skip the fancy frills for quality too �)... Edomasa will always be my FAVORITE restaurant in SB! �“

“We are so glad we came across this place while we’re mindlessly strolling around SantaBarbara downtown.
The Ramen, rolls, and hot chicken all of them are so good. They’re so flavorful, tasty and right amount of spiciness. The service too is top notch, we were having our meal after the closing time but all the staff were really patient!

Moving day. Car breaks down. At new place with no food. It’s Monday and my usual Thai places are closed.
And I’m so glad they were.
I ordered Tofu spring rolls and Curry Chicken. The 3 large rolls were very fresh, filled with herbs and good sized pieces of tofu. The wraps were moist and the roll had more vegetables than simply being stuffed with noodles.
The chicken curry came in two separate containers so it was hot and the broth poured over and into the bean sprouts and noodles. I was very appreciative that the bowl was solid and I could eat out of it. The meat was very tender so the large pieces could be split easily. The broth was spicy but not overwhelming and filled with color and texture.
Not only was the food delicious, the prices were reasonable and the portions almost too much for one. Both a rarity in Santa Barbara.
I liked the food so much I actually called them and told them. When was the last time you did that? Definitely moving this restaurant to my favorites list.“

“Went here to celebrate my girlfriend and I’s anniversary, and had such a great experience thanks to Ryan in the sushi bar and Maria as one of the hosts. Great vibes from both the people and the restaurant overall, really great tasting food (we got several different sushi rolls and nigiri), and they even gave us 2 mochi ice cream on the house. Perfect way to end the night, and will definitely come back in the future :)“

“Awesome atmosphere and service. Some of the rolls were fantastic - super fresh with fun sauces. A couple others were just so-so - not quite enough flavor. It was my husband’s birthday, so he got a free bowl of ice cream. The red bean ice cream was SO good! Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.“

The food is very fresh and delicious. Great experience all in all. We had fun. Also, the people we dine with were awesome.“
