“Really enjoyed this sushi spot — everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The rolls were flavorful and well-balanced, and the sushi tasted top quality. My favorite was the oyster and sea urchin combination shots — rich, briny, and super fresh! Great service and nice atmosphere too. Definitely a place I’d come back to for good sushi and creative dishes.“

“I lived in SB my whole life up until 4 years ago and have been going to edomasa for near 30 years now. The food is incredible!! Santa Barbara offers many other sushi restaurants but none come close to comparing to edomasa. They are mostly too expensive, not fresh, extremely packed with tourists, etc. Edomasa is the real deal when it comes to a locals spot with even the famous that live there frequenting (they skip the fancy frills for quality too �)... Edomasa will always be my FAVORITE restaurant in SB! �“

“The food tasted good, its presentation overall was good but when I ordered a simple Tuna Roll 90% of it was cut well while the other 10% was a little messy and the second order of Tuna Roll did not have the excellent presentation as the one before.“

“We got Rainbow rolls, It so delicious! My friends recommended me here. she recently had wonderful service that she kept talking about her and the food yes! Yummy! taking care of us. “Our hotel recommended them and we LOVED the food and atmosphere here, the service was excellent too! My wife had the tonkotsu ramen which came with a healthy dose of pork shoulder meat which was very tender, seasoned egg, the noodles were firm and had texture when you bit into them and the broth was very tasty. We also had sushi - we tried the catepillar (eel) and the Dragon (shrimp twmpura with avocado!“

“We love this place and had yet another great experience! I was very impressed with Princeton who greeted us, confirmed our reservation, and was incredibly professional and friendly. He really elevated the experience for us!
My fiancée and I got their hibachi dinner with Fernando as our chef. He was excellent - our food was prepared wonderfully, everything was seasoned to perfection, and he was thoroughly entertaining!
Every time we are in town, we make a point to have a dinner night here because it is always such a good time with great food! It is a shame to see other negative reviews on here when we have never had a bad experience. We hope this place continues to thrive under Maria’s leadership and will be here for a long time to come! Can’t wait to go back!“

“A truly special experience for our group of friends. From the flavors to exceptional staff and service, they made it a meal to remember. We ordered a la carte and shared, can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We sat outside and were cozy under the heat the whole evening, they provide blankets if needed. The hotel grounds are beautiful to enjoy as well.“
