“Excellent food, great Variety, and amazing service.It's a little hole-in-the-wall place, but those are often the best places (and this one most definitely was).My only regret is not having enough stomach capacity to try everything on the menu.You'll certainly find rolls here that you won't find elsewhere. “Delish ramen! I've been here twice and both times the food was great. The presentation of their dishes are very unique. The toppings are fresh! I've had the ox spicy miso and regular and both were yummy. The spicy was SPICY and I like spice. We had the baby octopus for an appetizer and they were great. The food has been consistent both times I've been. The flavors and toppings are unique. I love this place when I'm in the mood for ramen!“

“This is THE BEST TONKOTSU RAMEN this west of Sawtelle or Little Tokyo!! If you're reading this review do yourself a favor and get in here!I've been meaning to try this place for a long time and then finally did and I crave it all the time. I've been in four times in the last 3 weeks. I think I'm gonna go there today.Kansui is truly THE BEST RAMEN IN THE AREA. There are three other spots semi local but they don't even compare to the quality and consistency of these ramen bowls. I love a traditional Hakata Ramen with the smaller noodles in Tonkotsu Broth with Chashu Pork and this place is up there with the best in LA. They cook the noodles right between medium and firm just the way I like them. I do wish that there were chili powder, chili oil and sesame seeds on the table but I usually can get them when I ask.I love the interior. The service is always good as well.The menu is small because the execution is perfect! A smaller menu to me always means better quality dishes. Places that have too many choices on the menu in the ramen world are a huge red flag for me.Seriously though, GET IN HERE ASAP!!!“

“Placed a pick up order and we got the spicy miso ramen and katsu curry udon. Seriously some of the best ramen I’ve had in a long time and I’m so happy we finally have a good ramen spot in Newbury Park! We will definitely be planning to dine in, but this is going to be our go to ramen spot from now on! Can’t wait to be back for more! Highly recommended!“

“Annalie was our waitress. She served us well and made great recommendations. The melon soda was super delicious! To eat, We ordered 3 ramen and 1 teriyaki. The teriyaki chicken was delicious! My daughters loved the ramen. I ordered extra spicy and it was perfection to my taste buds.The atmosphere was blah…I rated the atmosphere 2 stars. The place smelled like sewage. “Lovely restaurant that is very clean. Our hostess was very kind and quick with our orders. The food was delightful! My husband and I ordered the spicy ramen and shared a tiger roll. Everything was quick and delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well. We will be returning.“

“We find ourselves coming back time and time again. The Ramen is delicious, the best in the area, by far, and the staff are super friendly plus provide great service. They also did a great job making it feel cozy with their decor and lighting. Love this spot and will keep returning for each Ramen fix.“
