“Cute little restaurant. We ordered cucumber salad, bbq chicken set and bbq char siu set. Everything tastes so good. Very very high food quality. A lot of flavors. The spicy and numbing cucumber salad is the BEST I have had in the US. Not exaggerating.

It’s counter service and they have discounts for cash. Staff is very friendly. Great neighborhood restaurant for everyday eats. Would come back again when we are in Berkeley next time.“

The bibimbap isn't spicy and didn't have a sauce (neither did the wontons), so don't expect that when ordering. The wontons were fresh and crunchy! Food was enough to share between two. It took a bit for us to be served, but the service itself was solid.“

“A special and unique space. Mahjong tables are GOING, the space is filled with unique touches and Asian snacks, the space has so many unique events that are inclusive for everyone. One of the workers helped me order drinks then came up to DJ afterward - dope.

Also the Filipino food pop up smacks - you may think you can only pork but you'll be pleasantly surprised - just don't go in thinking it's supposed to taste like what you know.“

“Always very nice coming here. I come here almost everytime I visit the mall. The thought of mall sushi might not be everyone's cup of tea, but don't knock it till you try it. The sushi is great. Not too much rice and avacado/tempura/cucumber have always been very fresh. The hot mamacita roll is a favorite of mine as well as theavacado roll and cucumber roll.

It is fairly affordable and lovely service from the owners. They always say hello to you when you come in, and also bye and thank you when you leave. Always happy to support a small business.“

“I got the smoothie, a side of steamed veggies and a tofu bowl and not only were all three clearly made with high quality, organic ingredients, but they were absolutely delicious. 10/10. But what impressed me even more than the food tonight was the thoughtfulness of the gentleman working. They closed at 11:30 pm (bless them for being the only vegan, organic food in the area open that late) and was cutting it close to get there before closing time. When I arrived 1 or 2 minutes after 11:30, I was worried that I had missed my opportunity and screwed up, but no - a thoughtful young man was literally standing in front of the restaurant with my order, waiting for me. He definitely didn’t have to do that - service is way above and beyond - 20/10! That wonderful young man saved me after I hadn’t eaten all day and couldn’t find anything vegan open late, I’m so grateful. <3

“Cool place (love the decor/style), nice staff & tasty food. Some dishes you will not find in the average Thai restaurant in the Bay Area. For example, the chef or owner is from northern Thailand so the menu features a top Northern Thai dish - Kao Soi noodle soup (beef or chicken), or the all time fav 'street food' grilled pork skewers (moo ping) served with sticky rice (ck out the menu on their website). I had the Pad Kemao Chicken (menu says beef but they are happy to make dishes with what you like & even have Beyond Meat dishes on the menu - cool to see stir fried basil with Beyond Meat (Krapao Beyond Neur)). The taste of my wok fried pad kemao was delicious, same or better than any I've had on prior trips to Bangkok. Glad to have discovered a solid Thai restaurant that doesn't have watered down flavors. Good to see they have a lot of gluten free and vegan choices on the menu too. Definitely will be back, keep up the good work!“

This location was originally a Taco Bell, but I love the atmosphere there, friendly, good service and comforting food! It's a cozy place perfect for a cold wintry day to have your own little boiling hot pot of tasty broth and hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals! Hubby ordered the Lau Pork Bone Marrow and I had the Lau Oxtail. I ordered the Oxtail without the tripe, just more oxtail! The hot pot came out boiling with oxtail and beef balls. All I had to do was cook the egg noodles, taro, tofu, cabbage, veggies into the soup as there was plenty of delicious oxtail and meat balls in the delicious broth! Great for a bone chilling night! Our favorite dishes jajangmyeon and the fried pork. Their noodles are so good!!! Big portions also. There’s no other place like it in the bay, would highly recommend.
