“Unpretentious amazing food and experience! Service was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Our cocktails were excellent- no mixes here. We shared a Frisée, arugula, fig. and prosciutto salad that was wonderful. My ravioli was savory and lived up to the hype (special of the night). My daughter enjoyed one of the best bowls of potato leek soup ever. And dessert was there homemade ice cream and what a way to end a great evening out! Worth a trip!“

“If you are looking for a special restaurant that is a hidden gem in the Napa Valley, you ought to go to Ember Steak at the Meritage Resort. First of all, the food and menu is amazing. Chef Nicole puts a special touch in each and every dish brought to the table. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable in regards to explaining the menu. Once you go you will definitely return. We tasted a number of dishes on the menu and all were so tasty and fresh. We also weren't rush like most restaurants do. We will be back!“

My wife and I have been coming here for over 12 years, and it’s not only one of our all-time favorite restaurants; it’s a must every time we visit Napa. We’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, our engagement, and soon we’ll be back in December for our babymoon.

The food is consistently exceptional. The roast chicken is the best we’ve ever had, the steak frites is divine, and the salade lyonnaise is indulgent perfection. You simply have to end the evening with the profiteroles and crème brûlée; it’s non-negotiable.

But what truly sets Bouchon apart is the team. The staff goes above and beyond to make every visit special. Their hospitality is world-class, and it’s clear they take immense pride in what they do.

My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that some courses felt a bit more experimental than I expected, but overall the experience was excellent and well worth it. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the evening.“
