“We are avid Cioppino makers, making it at least 10 times a year. While visiting our favorite family pizzeria, Miner Moes, we found out they make their own sauce! To say we were stoked is an understatement! We decided to create a lazy man’s Cioppino the very next day (no shells). We only added fresh lemon and parsley to taste, and I have to say it was fantastic! It felt like we were in the San Francisco Bay at a restaurant!“

“We’ve eaten at Creekside for dinner and brunch. The food is delicious and the service staff are friendly and professional. Brunch was especially great…because, well, I love brunch! When Ike’s closed a huge void for brunch was left here…so thrilled to have Creekside as our new go to on Sunday mornings! The homemade English muffins alone are worth getting up and out for on a weekend morning. They use local ingredients that are lovingly crafted into wonderful dishes. I’m vegetarian (my husband is not) so I’m always appreciative of restaurants who don’t forget us vegetarians! “On my recent 2-day visit to Nevada City, I came to this shop 3 times! Not even joking. I figured one visit would be enough, but then I ate everything and had to keep returning. The candy is so, so good! The prices are very reasonable. But most of all, the customer service was outstanding! The same young lady helped us every time and she was super friendly and helpful and really knowledgeable. Her recommendations were spot-on! I am so happy I bought both the Nevada City Gold and the Mother Lode. And the pretzel with chocolate, caramel And pecans. My only regret is that I didn't buy more! Please ignore the negative reviews. Those people are insane. Take it from me (lifelong sugar addict), visit this magical place and just go crazy!!“

“It was our anniversary 51 years by the way. My family was met as we came in by Lacie with a big smile and a hug. We recommend everyone try nourish on there next night out either a couple or a family. Nourish was so family friendly that everyone was put in a place that rarely exists. The starters were good and plenty of them. Ours was soybean pods still hot and juicy. My choice for supper was outstanding and so so fresh. I tried a new sushi role. Lacie was so busy just like everyone and always checked on us. I give our experience was well above and beyond. My wife, my grandkids, my great grandkids and of course myself had such a great time. It was a 10 plus time.“
