“I can’t say enough good things about Bostan by Grandma! Their Gata is truly out of this world. soft, with a sweetness that’s just right, not overpowering like so many others. Every bite reflects the love and expertise they put into their baking. You can taste the difference that high-quality, organic ingredients make; everything has the perfect balance of flavor. I’ve tried several of their other pastries, and they’re all equally amazing. It’s rare to find such authentic, flavorful food made with such care and attention. Bostan by Grandma has truly mastered the art of baking, and you can feel the passion in every item. Highly recommend!“

“Albert is a god tier creator! The food is amazing and they keep innovating. Started to come to them when they were over in NoHo now they are in Glendale (sit down spot) & who knows where they will be next! Love this place, I get breakfast & lunch here haha remember they close at 2 PM so make it there on time and get a FEW meals. (Try all items on the menu to find your favorite!)“

“Absolutely an amazing experience and a refreshing breakfast. The cafe radiates such positive energy and you can feel it through their food. I had the ricotta pancakes and they were absolutely wonderful. The berries tasted fresh. The pancake was so soft and such a hug. The eggs were delicious and the bacon was so crispy and good. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone in LA or anyone planning a trip to LA. I hope to come again. Also I had some of my sisters burrito and it was the best. Hats down to the chefs. Y’all did awesome.“

“Found this place on Google while visiting LA over the 4th of July weekend. We like to search the local Mom and Pop places rather than boring chain restaurants. So glad we discovered this place. Everything was great! Food, friendly and efficient service, cleanliness. It. Has old school vibe and charm. We already recommended it to our Vrbo host. We will definitely be back next time we visit LA.“

“It does not feel like you were in LA county. This place takes me right back to the country and every general store Café I’ve ever been to. The portions are solid, especially for the lower than expecting prices. The atmosphere is full on country. The music is country.and everyone is friendly and kind. The food is fresh and made to order. And it hasn’t changed in the 20 years I’ve been going. I am never disappointed and I am always satisfied.“

“Went today for breakfast with my son and service was really good. My waitress Claudia was amazing an attentive, she was super nice and patient with us. Place was really clean and food was really good overall we had a good breakfast with an awesome waitress that made the experience easy since I went alone with my toddler which sometimes it could be hard which she was super sweet with him.“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .“

Best $12 breakfast burrito I’ve ever had this side of LA. Service is fast, staff is friendly. The carne asada not only satisfied my tummy but also warmed my cold January 2025 morning.
Hot coffee with brown sugar and cinnamon was just $3. Homemade stuff is the best.

“This place is the real deal! I found it over the Fourth of July and was blown away. I'm glad I went later in the week, 'cause I bet it was packed on the weekend. The food, the people, and the whole vibe were great! I even met some other people visiting. Seriously, go hungry, 'cause the portions are massive! You'll be stuffed when you leave. Definitely recommend it!“

“Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“I am so impressed with the beautiful new space Sweet Salt has moved to. Before that I would eat at sweet salt when had breakfast meetings. I love their Spinach omelette so truthfully that's what I've stuck with. When meeting with a client at the new location, one of the guests at a neighboring table said the food wasn't that good to them. I was very happy to not have that experience, rather my spinach omelette, salad and toast were just as delicious!“
