“The only reason I’m reducing a star is because this place doesn’t sell Thai food anymore. I found them on Google thinking that my kids can get Thai noodles and I can enjoy the sushi. They need to update their profile here as it’s deceiving.

Still ordered sushi and got it to go. It was fresh and delicious. The staff is nice and welcoming. The place is small but clean.

“Such a hidden gem of a food truck that serves sushi! Had a late night craving for sushi and it did not disappoint! Got the Dirty Girl roll and the Shrimp Tempura roll. Fire!! They also have other dishes aside from sushi. The Fat Boy plate looks like I’ll try next time. Highly recommend!“

The service was excellent, from the time we walked in, to leaving, all staff constantly greeted and checked on us to make sure we were doing well.

The grilled green peppers🫑 were good, not too spicy.

The sushi was very fresh and tender, and the plates, including teriyaki salmon were tasty.

The place was packed.

The only downside was that their parking lot had zero self parking spaces, only valet parking so if you prefer not to, would need to find nearby street parking, which we did and walk a few blocks to the restaurant.“

“I finally found a legit Japanese Fish restaurant in the San Fernando Valley after Maya sushi changed its ownership. The quality of fish is incredibly stellar and the taste is superb. The rich flavor of the salmon the the crisp flavor of the yellowtail and the sweetness of the Sweet Shrimp is memorable. The fact that the chef fries the head of the sweet shrimp is wonderful. Chef Danny is a true artist. We had front-row seats to his craft and were mesmerized watching him turn simple ingredients into edible masterpieces. Every slice, every plate--pure precision and passion.

We shared a bento box with mixed tempura, mixed sushi, and sashimi, and were blown away by the variety and balance. The Heart Attack (fried jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and topped with spicy tuna) was absolute fire--bold, indulgent, and perfectly crispy.

The Toro and salmon were melt-in-your-mouth perfection--fresh, buttery, and honestly some of the best I've had anywhere in L.A.

Our server, Samantha, was fantastic--warm, attentive, and clearly knew the menu well. She made great recommendations and timed everything perfectly.

This place is a sushi lover's dream, without the pretense or the inflated prices of trendy spots. The prices are really affordable and the quality top notch. I have paid a lot more for so much less elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and sit at the bar--watch the magic happen, savor every bite, and thank me later.

We had their shishito peppers and miso as starters. We ordered one roll and the rest, a variety of nigiri. To drink we had sake. Everything was yummy.

“Some of the freshest Sushi, Sashimi and Nigiri around, I legit drive 45min to an 1 hr 10 min depending on traffic just to eat here. All you can eat but its not your typical all you can eat. I love the white fish Sashimi and the Spicy Tuna Salad.“
