Pardis, a Persian restaurant, feels more like "higher class" dining, so to speak, than say, Raffis Place (the best Middle Eastern food in town). Pardis' Salmon is delish, the hummus is yum, and the portions are pretty large. The menu isn't that big, which is fine, and I hope this restaurant succeeds as the restaurant that was at this location (which was yum) didn't succeed (probably due to bad customer service). So, hopefully, Pardis focuses on service too because the food is awesome!“
