“We stopped in at 7:00 am on a Saturday, and the place smelled delicious. The coffee is rich, fresh, and smooth. The barista was friendly and very skilled. Definitely recommend.“

“Giving this place 4 stars but it really deserves 3.5 stars, and i'm saying this because of the consistency.. this is a GRREATTT sandwich spot, and i love it, everything on the menu is great and the ingredients taste fresh as if they were cut that same day. however, my go-to sandwich here is the spicy snow plover and even though it is great, there are VARYING inconsistencies. I just don't appreciate how one day i can get a full sandwich and other days it's the thinnest slices of meat in between bread .. if it were actually consistent and i were to get the same sandwich every time, i would have a better review. I would be weary about the time you come in cause that could mean less meat/a lesser quality sandwich. I used to say that that this place really upheld to quality standards but after getting the SAME exact sandwich twice in one week and both looking completely different.. i can clearly tell that the quality lessens depending on what time you order.
I would recommend to check out, but also proceed with caution, cause depending on the day you might get an appropriate amount of meat, and other days they might skimp you“

“Great family steak house where everyone has options to satisfy their taste buds. We took my Dad and 2 Daughters, enjoyed some live music they had that night. The atmosphere is pleasent, they've updated the decore since it was McClintock's just the right amount where it feels fresh and their own, but also maintained the similar ranch steak house vibe. The entire Crew were very nice, helpful and super on it. We're so glad Vix opened up and can't wait to return soon!“

“Overall it was fine. Not the best Mediterranean I’ve had, chicken shawarma is my favorite food so I’ve had a lot! Perhaps just a different kind of flavor than I typically like. My husband had the gyro meat and it was good. The plates were $$$ for a carryout gas station restaurant, running $20-$25 per meal, but large portion sizes with leftovers. The salad was over dressed. Hummus was great. Small side of rice for $5 was huge and loved by my 3 year old. Not sure I would come back but it worked for our family tonight. Definitely call and order ahead, waiting in the liquor store was less than ideal with two small kids.“

“Fun family owned winery. Great wine, great people and good location. They do a buttery Chardonnay, a killer petite sirah (inky) and a unique varietal called Teroldego. Buy it if you can get it. The do fun events and Friday Sunset in the Vineyards during the summer with music and food trucks“

They have very nice ambience with outdoor sitting on deck, surrounded by flowers. The staff is very curtious and helpful.
We went for wine tasting combined with lunch and picked the place due to multiple food options and it did not disappoint.
Wine flight had great selection from Paso robles area wines and the panini and flatbread were just a perfect pair.“

“This place has the best matcha and overall drink menu in the whole county, hands down and I’ve tried everywhere. If you like high quality, unique, one of a kind matches and Lattes (and not just generic Starbucks type coffee cats or overly sugary drinks) you will love this place. I just ordered a hot oat milk matcha with stone fruit and pumpkin and it’s perfectly balanced, I have pretty refined taste though, so if your looking for huge blended frappes this won’t be your vibe. They put a lot of effort into each drink so it’s not the fastest service either. Also they have minimal food options, but great jalapeños cheese bagels. I can only imagine the kinda food they’d have with a kitchen…maybe one day!“

“The staff at Ada's was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to make adjustments to dishes if requested. Ada's clam chowder was different from other places I have ordered clam chowder (comparing with Ivars and Moe's); added fresh chives, gave the broth more flavor than usual. The potatoes in the chowder were the right consistency. Creamy soup without seeming like gravy nor thin. The portion was about 1.75 cups. Ample side sourdough bread. The crust was soft and not dried out. The staff was accommodating, providing peppermint tea and plenty of hot water in a teapot, which I found charming. Parking is an issue, but welcome to costal CA. Everyone has consisdered the limits of possible parking and made diagrams in compensation. The indoor dining room tables are fairly close proximity, so be prepared to possibly know the topic of your neighbor's conversation.“

“Absolutely LOVE coming to Chamisal. Their wine is the best in Slo in my opinion, and they're all organic and sustainability focused which is so cool! Love how their staff welcome you and share the most interesting tid-bits about the wine and vineyard as you taste, they teach you about which grapes are grown where, how they collect rainwater on site and how their soil affects the flavor of the grapes. With each tasting you learn about how the wine is aged and in which barrels- but most importantly, the wine is flavorful and elegant and their tasting room has such a beautiful view and sophisticated ambiance. Julie, Mia, Tim, Jacob, and everyone I've encountered at their slo venue has been so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend stopping by for a tasting flight, you won't regret it!“

“I've been to Breezeway Cafe once, and the folks who run the place are sweethearts. My partner spilled his Americano, and they remade it for him, which they didn't have to do. Their portions are enormous. A side of bacon and biscuits with gravy will last you, or at least me, two meals. The Strawberry Dream was great, perfect amount of ice cream, strawberries, and breading. My only feedback is both the gravy and breading could use a little more salt, but I'm sure I could ask for that next time. I wish they weren't 300 miles away from where I live“

Beers are incredible (loved the “Get Him a Hoppy Bag” triple hazy IPA), food is great and comes out fast (try the bacon covered hot dog) and service is always friendly. Was surprised and happy to find they were open July 4th too! Was also able to get some cans of my favorites to bring home.“

The outside area is nice and shaded, and you are in amongst the vines. This was a excellent place for our group of 6, and you can bring in food. Plus is it less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Sides were handmade onion rings with several sauces, all homemade. The housemate coleslaw was also excellent. We are excited to go back because the milkshake menu looks fantastic. The waiters was also sweet about giving advice on local happenings and things to do, it’s clear she enjoys her work! They also have as full bar with a nice draft beer selection but we didn’t partake as it was 12 am. Walking distance to the pier!“

“We are from the Bay Area, but Zorro’s is probably my top restaurant for Mexican food among all we frequent. Tastes are exquisite. A very large selection. Staff is friendly and efficient. I wish we could go there each week, but alas, we would have to travel 200 miles to do so. You will not regret this. Enjoy and savor the experience.“

The owners have created an atmosphere that is open and inviting. You can expect good music (there's always some vinyl spinning), good conversation, and a great selection of beer, wine, cider, seltzer, and even non-alcoholic options. It's a great spot to catch the game.

While there are some pre-packaged snacks available for purchase there is no kitchen so outside food is welcome. Seating includes bar seating, high tops, and covered outdoor seating.
