“Im not a salad guy, but my wife loves salad.

Picked up a salad today from Green and Grains and boy was I surprised at the portion! 1 salad was enough for my wife and myself; with leftovers for later!

Got to speak to Ian for a little bit and was surprised that all the ingredient are organic and locally sourced. Including the pickled onions being made in house!

For a guy who doesn’t eat salads, I would say the Asian chicken was the best salad I’ve ever had!

Going to try their sandwiches on the next visit!

Had the pleasure of talking to one of the owners for awhile, and he told us a lot about the food and his + his partner’s connection to it/the restaurant/Cambodia. Can’t go wrong ordering anything there but the beef sticks, porridge, and pin noodles were amazing. Will be coming back soon!“

“I was looking for a salad somewhere other than Mixt and was directed here by a friend. Their salads are so good, full, fresh, and they're so flavorful you don't need much dressing at all. It was so good that I went back for lunch the very next day. I've only had their grilled chicken in a salad, but it's delicious and can be gluten free. Definitely worth the DoorDash delivery!!“

Can’t go wrong with their salads and recently I’ve learned the paninis are fantastic as well. I will say it’s good to order online and pickup, and leave a little time buffer as they can get pretty busy over the lunch rush. The staff can get really busy but they’ve always been helpful and courteous.“

The bread was perfectly cooked and crispy, both sandwiches were so tasty and the salad had a light refreshing dressing on it. The service was excellent, very friendly and quick. OMG, Unbelievable sandwiches, smoked meats, homemade pickles, peppers🫑 and memorable pulled pork, etc. I hang out for a few minutes while Jerry makes my Cuban sandwich, and he has me try their smoked bacon, homemade meatballs, and more. “This place is sooo good for empanadas and arepas!

We got the birria arepa and the banh mi arepa, a cheesy bread, passionfruit juice and chicken empanadas.

Arepas were pretty filling, we had chicken empanadas for later and those were so good also! I love the flaky crust and the filling wasn't dry at all.

Will definitely be back- all the flavors were delicious!
