“I quit drinking before the judge ordered me to—how is that for initiative? Since that last call, no bar has captured my attention. Nor have I returned to any of the bars I enjoyed around here. I’m from the east coast—a pub near a rail station which draws a crowd free of pretense is proper nurture. Glen Park Station is welcoming, comfortable, fun, and built for a night done right.
There are non-alcoholic brews for those who abstain, shot-and-a-beer specials for $12.00, wine by the glass, and an indoor smoking lounge. A pinball machine which takes dollar bills. Darts. Superior bar stools. Table seating up front. A rear patio. No Apple Pay.The bar has neighboring businesses which serve food. One can find Vietnamese, Thai, and Mexican fare within a block. The bodega sits across from BART, on the same side of Diamond St. A pizza place is in proximity. This area has a low-key dominance about it. A great spot for socializing, a walkable pocket of the city wherein small businesses sling good eats, and you have the option to get hammered.
Parking is available in the public library lot after 6, 7, 8PM during the week. Street parking on the northbound lane of Bosworth between Arlington & Diamond is free in the evenings. I am not sure when the meters stop accepting payment-I pulled up at 7:30PM on a Monday.
To those behind the wheel—be advised—residential streets intersect as sharp turns become sudden hills. At all hours there are pedestrians, cyclists, and coyotes. SFPD often posts a patrol vehicle on Bosworth (south of the Arlington intersection) to eyeball the I-280 south on-ramp.“

“I don’t say this lightly… Bryan makes the best espresso martini I’ve ever had, he has this drink dialed in. The freshly grated cinnamon with Mexican chocolate is a next level touch. This is what dreams are made of. And the music is the cherry on top.“

“Excellent service. I had a issue with my meal and the manager was genuinely concerned and wanted to make it right. He ultimately ended up comping my meal. I really appreciated the gesture. My server was also very professional and kind. Thank you so much!“

“The coffee was excellent. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Food was good. Best of all was a customer service by Carlos R. He was so polite to show me where to get the key for the shower and extremely cordial and professional took the time to walk me over to the front desk. These are quality people that you have here. He would be an awesome flight attendant.!!“
“Amazing place to hang out if you are near San Francisco Airport. The vibe is good, place is cozy. I visited on Saturday night and DJ was amazing. Good dance floor. Helpful staff and some good options of cocktails. Ample parking that is free too over weekends. Must visit place. Kash was great in making sure only the right aged people are getting inside. He was humble and cheerful person. Dancing as well 😂 on the beats inside.“
“Very nice, lots of seating, you can tuck into a quiet space, lots of food and beverage choice. Shower available to get a quick refresh. A bit of a find for the first time as it is tucked in the back behind another lounge. Just pay attention to the signs.“

“Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, great Turkish tea, and really good hookah. Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful, and the vibe of the place was very cozy and stylish. Our waiter Ayaz was very friendly, attentive, and really listened to our preferences and requests. Definitely a great spot for a relaxing evening“
“An excellent place to sit and get work done. Rare late night work spot in the SF area. Plentiful outlets, tea and coffee, big space, and great food.
Walk in and sit at any open table and use the QR code on the table to order.“

“I can’t rate the food because all I had was a dirty martini but the vibes were right in this joint! I’d come back for sure and try the food. Can get a tad rowdy but it just depends on the crowd. Overall I recommend this place and I’ll be back myself!“
“Fun place , check it out sometime“

“Cute spot for a night cap. It’s a pretty small spot so expect some intimate vibes which was ideal for a date with my man. I got a mezcal margarita and he got the fade into you, we both were trying not to finish our drinks fast because of how delicious they were. It is a craft cocktail bar so expect to pay about $50+ for two drinks. It’s worth it though! I definitely recommend it though. Bartenders were very friendly too.“

“Stumbled across thid hidden Thursday night karaoke 🎤 spot, leaving my nail shop. Now, I'm a regular lol! If you're looking for a Chill Spot and a great environment and cool people, this is the hidden spot to come to . Shirley is amazing and sweet & so ate the other bartenders. Drinks are good but watered down. I will order a mocktail from now on, lol. After my 4 or 5th time there, I realized they are milking my pockets on their watered-down drinks and might as well order a mocktail, lol! I don't drink anymore... anyways... best way to cut it out, lol.“
“Had a great time! The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, and the staff treated us like regulars from the moment we walked in. The music kept the energy up all night. It's the kind of spot where you come for one drink and end up staying for a few more. Fun and a perfect place to hang out with friends. Definitely coming back“

“I've been staying and working in South San Francisco this week without a car. Have dined there for lunch 2 days in a row now, and both days I also brought back dinner to my hotel for the evening. Everything has been delicious with fresh ingredients. Really creative and elevated offerings for a quick service restaurant. The salmon was especially amazing! I had 2 really dismal experiences earlier in the week with Doordash and only wish I had tried Foundry & Lux sooner. I'll be back tomorrow before heading back home on Saturday 😀“

“This rating is for their lunch buffet which is offered on Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays. The food was good and fresh. The buffet menu changes daily. You can check the day before on their website on what they will be offering the next day. They had tempura squash, sautéed greenbeans, crispy pata, fried chicken, baked fish, tinola chicken soup, steamed rice, garlic rice, and pancit. Dessert it was only buko pandan. They also had pickled ampalaya (bittermelon) and a tomato onion salad. As for the atmosphere, the place was too dim for me. More like lighting for a night club, and it was lunch time. Wish it were brighter. Price is very good.“

“A real locals only kind of place where the floor is permanently tacky, the bathroom has seen things that would legally qualify as maritime disasters, and there’s at least one sun-bleached guy named “Sharky” who hasn’t worn real shoes since 1998.
The decor is “nautical decay,” the IPA tastes faintly of salt and regret, and every surface looks like it survived both a hurricane and a beach boys metal tribute band.
There’s a surfboard on the ceiling signed by someone who might be famous, but no one’s sure.
Basically: if Poseidon had a DUI and opened a bar, that’s the vibe. I regret nothing“
