“Wonderful atmosphere, food and service. Sat outside. The chicken dish was fried which we were surprised but it was very good and not greasy. We also got charred green beans that came with a spicy thick tomato adobo paste. The steak was also very good and tender. Would have been nice if the chicken came with something else besides the sauce and a whisper of frisée.“

Nor did he offer dessert. The gentleman refilling my water, salsa, and chips was awesome though. Maybe I happen to miss it each time I’m but I really would like to hear some mariachi or other types of traditional Mexican music whether live or recorded. This is a Mexican restaurant after all. “I’m blown away! This food should be Michelin recommended. I’ve lived in California for over a decade and been to Mexico multiple times - and these may be the best fish and shrimp tacos that I’ve ever had in my entire life. And our server was truly the sweetest person in the world.“

“It had been a number of years since I visited Rubio's. I was happy to see that the food was still very good and the only thing is the size of the tacos was the same but sadly not as much shrimp. I did expect a little more considering the price of nearly $10 for the two tacos. But I do know that with inflation and higher costs for wages that restaurants have to do what they can do to survive. I would still recommend Rubio's to anyone that wants a good shrimp taco or a good fish taco in many other options as well

“Wow wow wow! Stumbled on this taco joint a couple of nights ago on Door Dash late night. And much to our surprise it was only a few minutes down the road so we jumped in the car and made our way to this unassuming taco truck. The gal was so sweet and helpful with making choices and recommendations for me. Walked away with 7 tacos to share, and they were all so bomb that I came back to order more the next night.Will make this stop every time I visit Palm Springs. And make sure you try all the sauces/salsas. They are all delicious. Particularly the second hottest red salsa and the creamy green cilantro.We ordered the kimchi, wasabi, grilled shrimp and chimichurri tacos. Plus some asada and pastor street tacos. All would recommend! Thank you for being so awesome and nice!

Outdoor or indoor patio with mist kept is cool and refreshed. Loved the dim lighting and the modern decor! So inviting and relaxing. Fresh flowers on the tables and comfortable chairs. Very good service ! Excellent food! Tasty drinks that were visually appealing!! I’ll definitely go back ! Julio The manager greeted us and chatted with us and made us feel so welcome!! Our waiter was Jonathan was very friendly and attentive . This place is a gem and in the perfect location downtown!“

“I recently discovered this restaurant chain. I have to say, every time I come here, it's always for the same thing; Asada Quesadilla. I'm a quesadilla freak, and their carne asada quesadilla is a 9/10 for me. Their menu is very large, but Im only here for the quesadilla. Occasionally I also order a large horchata. I've never had a bad experience here.“

Was a little hesitant at first because of the location but was super surprised. We showed up right before closing too.

We got the ceviche which was very fresh and the birria trio tacos. Both were undeniable.

With the recent economy and price increase die to salary increase to fast food restaurant workers I had questioned why so many places failed to offer a clean place where food is delivered to the customer as ordered. Not this place...Liz one of the managers is very nice and you can tell she stays on top of her game. The bathroom was exceptionally cleaned. My husband always stops here on his commute to or from work as he commutes over an hour to work. He recommends this place for the clean restrooms, friendly attentive service and and fast delivery or exactly what you ordered to eat. The staff definitely deserves another pay raise????? great job and keep up the good work? Corporate should definitely have the rest of their restaurants learn from this fine establishment.

“So good. The self service kiosks at this location make it even easier and faster to order without waiting in a line. Everyone is friendly, food is DELICIOUS!! Only "complaint" is the beans are so fresh and hot, you will burn the roof of your mouth if you eat too fast. So slow down and enjoy the del. I also wish that you would bring back the Beyond Meat options, but I love you for your veggie options as it is“
