“The Pan is a great spot in south Torrance on PCH for amazing breakfast and lunch with big portions and fair prices. The menu is huge running from benedicts, to specialty pancakes, crepes, omelets and so much more.. mocktail menu, specialty lattes and coffee. The country benedict has delicious fried chicken breast and gravy, and the omelets are huge and filled with good stuff. They are famous for their loaded hashbrowns and shrimp and grits.. and the the lunch menu is also expansive.. burgers, sammies, wraps, unique pizzas and it goes on and on. The room is simple but very inviting with nice homey decor and the staff is all friendly and working hard to keep things moving and everyone happy. Overall The Spot has really good food at reasonable prices and plenty of choices for everyone.“

“It looks like most of the poke here, with the exception of the California roll (imitation crab) and tofu poke, use the same type of fish. Everything is well seasoned and delicious. We ordered two regular portions and were quite full.

I ordered the Hawaiian chili flake & Spicy with white rice and Grandma's pickles. She went with the Shoyu and Spicy with Grandma's pickles and opted to for the seaweed salad. Be aware there is upcharge of you decide to opt out of rice.

The love to get into this place was about to minutes. The staff is friendly and fast. There is a small counter and some tables right outside to eat at but it seems like most people take it to go. They will start running out of choices so get there early.“

“We are located almost next door to Green Temple and I eat there quite often. The food is always fresh and healthy. The staff feels like more of a family than a corporate. They have plenty of choices from salads, an amazing veggie burger, Mexican, loafs, specials.. the green steamers are my go to with the black beans and we also love the Tofu steamers and tofu sauce. Don't forget to check out the specials board for daily soups and dessert options. The sweets are incredible here and you don't feel that guilty because their food is so healthy. The atmosphere is beautiful and serene in their small dining room or beautiful courtyard. They also have specialty juices and teas you won't find anywhere else. There Green Temple just celebrated 25 years making Redondo Beach more healthy and more happy.. and we hope they are around forever because we love eating here.“

A limited selection of pizzas are available by the slice, and the thin crust has great flavor, although it's not especially crispy. El Segundo Brewing's lineup of beers are on tap, along with a couple of guest offerings, so if a slice and a pint appeals to you, the name definitely doesn't lie.“

“I love this Veggie Grill. I've been a regular patron since I went vegan about 8 years ago and have only had good experiences. The staff is really friendly, the restaurant is always clean and has such a relaxed vibe. It's my favorite spot to grab a laid-back lunch with friends (vegan and non-vegan!) or order pick up for an easy dinner. My order is always accurately and quickly prepared and there are a lot of great menu options. The rewards program is pretty good too, lots of great deals and they often have BOGOs on specials.“

“I have been going here for a while. Food is consistently good. The owners are very kind. Food is not salty but flavorful but just in case you want it salty they do have salt and pepper on the table. My girlfriend and I love to choose number two and number three in the menu.“
