Our server was pushing the special and when the lady next to me ordered the chicken (which I had planned to order), he tried to talk her out of it saying you could get a dish like that anywhere. “Love how you can buy food from Whole Foods salad bar and come in and enjoy it at Shuffle Bar. It's connected to Whole Foods, so it makes sense. It's never crowded, and there's a decent size t.v where you can watch sports games and get a cold adult beverage.
You can order food from the Shuffle Bar menu as well. It might be a better option, especially for hot items. It will be served warm and fresh.“

“This place is always great. Our table service / waitress was amazing. We got wings / chili nachos / calzone . Everything was 5/5 . Except calzone. The cheese was weird and seemed like it wasn't ok. We asked to take it back and she did it in a great understanding manner. Drinks were awesome , she suggested a drink based on my preference . I will always come here because the overall experience is great. I think I come at least 4-7 / year“

“My friends and I decided to make this our first afternoon tea experience. This is a beautiful hotel. We loved everything about it. Easy to find the hotel and valet. I didn't see any signs to the Lobby Lounge (first time there), so I asked the concierge. They don't seat you until your whole party arrives. The menu is explained, which is great. They make the scones, sandwiches and deserts for everyone, so you share the experience of what you are eating. I wasn't a fan of the scones, but I was a fan of the lemon curd topping made available :). My favorite was the salmon sandwich. The deserts were cute, but not good, IMHO. I was disappointed with the price. I called beforehand asking about the price. Was told $100. This is correct, but they don't tell you about taxes, 20% service charge, then the tip. It's probably on the website, but that is why I call. I'd rather talk to someone. It turned out to be $160 pp (this included tip). They did tell me about valet being partially validated = $18, plus tip. So this afternoon tea is actually about $200 pp. I would definitely recommend trying this, just know going in how much it will cost. This is more of a one time experience for us :)“
