“This place is delicious. The price for a breakfast burrito is relatively cheap. The salsa is also delicious. The staff is fun if you speak Spanish (which I do). I put 4 stars because of price, food taste, and the experience I had there. Even the restroom was clean. I would go back and eat there again hands down.
The only downside is the flies that fly around. They don't land on your food but they do just like to land on the table.“

“I've been there 2 times. Both for burgers. The mushroom Burger. Bad. Cand mushrooms? Come on guys !! .first time was a $18 burger. Was just O.k. maybe I will try the breakfast next. Maybe not .

“I totally did not know this was Rick's on Walnut from back in the day. I been here before but had no idea. Today I went back for that combo burrito and LTH and it was as good as the olden days. I had no idea! I remember the lines at lunch used to wrap around and just be absolutely packed back in the day. Anyways, the burrito is exactly how it used to be. I never ate anything else so the first time I was here I ordered something different and it didn't click.“

“I've been in this area for years, and never thought to try Islands. My employment decided to have lunch there. The staff was very polite, I ordered the Big Wave burger. It was cooked to perfection. It was absolutely GREAT!. Sorry it took me so long to try it. But I will be back for sure.“

“An unassuming place with very tasty, fairly priced food, B-Man's still got it. Just got a chicken curry bowl, spam musubi, steamed veggies, and an order of fries. I wanted a feast! You know, I love spam musubis and I COMPLETELY forgot that this place has The Best spam musubis. Their grilling of the spam is awesome and their reasonable use of teriyaki sauce really let's you taste it. The chicken curry was as rich as I remember.
Also, I'm very happy I didn't have to pay $8 for a single musubi, unlike some places.

“Dont really care for leaving reviews, but after the service i received from Isaac was phenomenal. Im big on guacamole and he introduced me to the new guacamole burger. He also let me know of the deals going on, which no other employee does. I live in alhambra, but ill definitely come back to this location.“

“Mark is the most amazing manager I’ve ever encountered at Carl’s Jr. He is incredibly friendly and provides the best customer service I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant. I keep returning to this particular Carl’s Jr. every morning for breakfast simply because Mark makes me feel right at home.“

Last week, ordered a double ABC burger with avocado wrapped in lettuce. Was pretty good. Hardly could tell avocado was there. 4 stars
Fries are very good. Lots of sauces to choose from. 4.5 stars

“Love Connal's and have been going for years. For some reason, though, this past Friday we discovered our usual order (#4) to have much larger buns and significantly less meat. Like everything else in town, I worry quality is on the decline. Hoping it was just because we came in after the lunch rush hour and they were low on some ingredients that particular day.“

Back for a pastrami dip and an orange blast, wow. This is a must visit whenever I'm in town!
The place is a real blast from the past, they don't do it like this much any more. I want to try some other sandwiches but I can't pass up that pastrami!!!“

“First time visit long time passer by, glad I had an excuse to be in the area and give them a try. Came in and the place was looking clean and ready for service. I asked the staff for some suggestions and it was the right call. Really like the old town dog. Going to try some of the other stuff next time.“

“The enfant terrible of the Congregation family, you won't find live music, stand-up, or other room-filling gimmicks at this location. Instead, you'll find impecable service, quality food, and craft drafts at reasonable prices.
Startlingly, you'll also find it's almost empty on a Friday night. Its proximity to horrible Colorado Blvd dive bars with DTLA rooftop bar prices should make this place a gem, but folks haven't made the trek across Central Park to discover it despite it being so rewarding to do so. No better nightcap destination with the homies in Old Town.“

“Love, love, love this place! Unlike any fast food place I've been to. Employees are so nice. The bring you your order, cut your sandwich, etc. One even changed my order around so it would be cheaper.“

“The food was delicious, but the service was excellent. The gentleman who took my order was the best! After I placed an order, wanted to change it and he was so kind and understanding. And when I couldn't get exactly what I wanted, he added extras for me without charging me. I can tell they just want their customers to be happy. Great place!
Parking: Great parking for a city like Pasadena.“

“I unfortunately traveled from L.A on July 6th only to find out they were closed. There was a sign but would have appreciated notification online prior to the trip. I didn't call because they don't answer phone calls ?.No worries..still love and will visit again.“
