“I would recommend the Nashville Hot Fried Chicken sandwich at this specific location, as it is the best when compared with their two other locations. Owner and staff are very friendly, service is quick, every food we have had is delicious, and the place is nostalgic. There are local bands that play music there on certain dates.“

“We arrived in Glen Ellen after a long car ride. I chose to crash at the hotel, but my husband wasn't going to miss a chance to eat at Glen Ellen Star. A week later I am still hearing about the other-worldly bananas foster he had for dessert! :-) We love this place so much that when we plan a weekend getaway we stay in Glen Ellen and drive over the hills to visit Napa and St. Helena just to be near our favorite restaurant, the Glen Ellen Star.“

“We celebrated a birthday last night at Mill and it couldn't have been a better choice! The food and service were top notch. Highly recommend the brussel sprouts, fried tofu, pork chops and the masala cakes! I almost forgot fi mention that the cocktails and deserts were also delicious as well. The sangria, old fashion and the pomegranate spritz should be ordered along with the basque cheesecake and lemon special“

“We visited Townes during Sonoma County restaurant week and they did not disappoint! Their Mussels were absolutely to die for! There wasn't just a simple broth in the bottom of the dish, it was more like a tasty chowder with fine veggies and seasonings that you wanted to soak up every drop of! Their desserts were also yummy. The setting is pretty simple having previously been 3rd Street Ale Works but the food and service was stellar!“

“Absolutely phenomenal! The hype is real.Ham & cheese empanada: SO GOOD with gooey cheese and a really flavorful ham! Not your usual ham & cheese.Spicy beef empanadas: great seasonings with just a touch of heat.Tarts: buffalo (crazy good, a bit tangy with tons of savory) , spinach/artichoke (creamy perfection with loads of seasoning), plum/bacon (sweet and savory), al pastor (the sauces really make it), and a dessert blueberry cobbler. Each was absolutely mind-blowing. The crust was so fluffy and light, and the fillings extremely flavorful.Husband says it's now his favorite spot in Santa Rosa. We just finished and already want to place a second order. Going to try their sandwich next.(Also the box comes with a fresh flower. Nice little touch :D)“

“Lasagna was super soft and tasty. Plenty of sauce to mop up with the buttered bread.Spaghetti Carbonara I was told is very good. The Fettuccine Alfredo is a kid favorite. Brother had the bouillabaisse, which he thought tasted great, but wasn't very filling. The shrimp, clams, scallops, salmon, and calamari were very delicious, but he wanted more of each. He said he got 2 shrimp, 3 clams and a little bit of everything else. Soaked up the soup with bread, but was still not filling.Sister had the chicken Marsala and Mom had the chicken piccata. I thought the chicken was a little dry, but the roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts were good. Mom said the chicken was half dry and half good. The violinist was very good. Played a couple of covers we recognized. I recognized Zombie by the Cranberries, but I don't know a lot of song names. Very good. Violinist walked around and gave everyone in the restaurant a front row seat to the music.Waitstaff is amazing and checked in on us multiple times. Refilled water without prompting which was nice. Refilled bread multiple times which was great. The olive oil and black vinegar went very well with the bread. I thought it was garlic bread until I saw the garlic bread on the menu. Very surprised. The table bread is amazing and surprised it's free. I would come just to have a drink and eat bread ??Bathroom is clean, but the soap dispenser is a bit hard to press for a kid. Adults should have no problems. After 6pm, the nearby parking is free.Street parking is also free after 6pm Mon to Sat.Parking: After 6pm it's free.“

“My wife and I went here for breakfast because it looked like it had good reviews and a plethora of different types of mimosas. My wife got a sampler of peach, strawberry and pineapple and I stuck with mango. All were delicious and complimented her omelette and my chorizo hash perfectly. The waiter was very attentive and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating in a nice space. Definitely a spot to hit to get the day started right.“

“I just had brunch at Easy Rider in Petaluma, and had an amazing brunch!!! Not only was our brunch, delicious, I had the fried chicken and waffle dish, but our server, whose name was Benjamin, was outstanding. What a pleasant fellow, and an excellent accommodating server. “I lived in Italy for six months when I was younger and have been back several times and the fresh pasta a this restaurant reminded me of several restaurants I ate at while in Tuscany. My adult son and I went here after a day of antique shopping in Petaluma and the food was amazing - as was the staff and the prices were very good. My son had pork chops and said it was the best he has ever had. I had pappardelle and it was so fresh and both were very large portions, we were stuffed (in a good way). We also had two glasses of very reasonably priced house wines - red and white and enjoyed both. We started with a chickpea appetizer that was also very tasty. We did not have room for dessert but the menu looked very good. We saw the chef doing rounds, he was very nice and our waitress was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.“

“We had a hugely successful catering event for 25 people with Zoftig. Their catering staff was organized, kind and communicative. I opted to pick up the food which was ready on time, and was perfectly fresh. The sandwiches were packed with toppings and the party platters were well constructed. Huge hit!“

“Best chicken fried steak in town. Jones omelette was superb. Service is quick and friendly. This is a petaluma gem, right next to airport, cool history too. Love to see it's still owned by the son of the folks who started it. Great spot! Glad it's in petaluma! Ambiance is 10/10 with classic diner vibe and rad model planes hanging everywhere.“

“Nelly was our waitress. She was very attentive and a happy individual. She took great care of us. Our order was perfect and very tasty. It was an excellent experience and we will be back. And the icing on the cake was when my daughter fell in love with the coffee mug with the cute saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day, but maybe if they had coffee…” she liked it so much that they told her she could keep it. Who does that nowadays. We love this Denny’s and Nelly is awesome.“

“I’ve eaten here many times. The first time I had the Bacon Jam BLT. It is beyond delicious! It is so good that I have ordered it every time since, even though the rest of their menu looks good as well. The two sisters are absolutely wonderful hosts/waitresses and are very charming. I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“LOVED the turkey burger with all of my quirky extras. Sweet potato fries were perfect (hate them overcooked!) Somebody should gently remind parents that they "aren't at home" and so their children should NOT feel free to run around the dining area, shrieking like only 4 year old can do.?“

“This place is so cute for breakfast. We came on Sunday morning around 11am and there was a line, but we ate outside. They have great setup under a canopy with outdoor heaters so it was best of both worlds. Loved the Mayan Tipico - the plantains were delicious! I do think they overdid the eggs a bit (burnt). Hubby ordered the Greek Omelet which was as really nice. Chai latte was also different and delicious. My hubby doesn't like coffee but that was a nice change for him. We both enjoyed our breakfast.“

“Hey you! Yeah you! Want to know where the best cafe in town is? Well come on down to the River Front Cafe! I ordered a simple cheeseburger but was pleasantly surprised at how tasty it was! Were you wondering about the service? Well don't worry cause I was just getting to that part. My family was greeted by the owner and let me just say he should get a reward for being sooooo nice! When we were given our food (which didn't take long at all) we were greeted by a very nice server. When looking around this cafe you will see the most beautiful paintings in all of California! And I think they are for sale... I'm talking about you art lovers! 5/5 no 100,000/100,000!“
“Great handcrafted cocktails, kind personable service, and relaxing ambiance.I visited with a friend pretty close to closing time and felt welcome. The Petaluma Boulevardier was refreshing and delicious. The spirits are made in house and are very high quality.“
“Awesome beer, awesome food, awesome experience. I really enjoy my visits here and always like to come home with some swag from their gift shop. My favorite is to sit on the outside patio and do a beer sampler. Make sure you order the spicy cheese curds!“
“I used to live in SR and would always go to my usual coffee house in this spot. Much to my surprise it was long gone and this special java place fell into it's place. Not sad at all. Eclectic vibe full of amazing and artfully collected relics and vintage artifacts that take you back to a time long past but with a modern and magical flare. Now for the coffee and treats. The coffee is divine. Crafted with care and love to your exact morning or afternoon needs. I usually get a latte with a hint of lavender. The pastries are not to be missed. The baristas and owners are wonderful and friendly. This is now my go to spot when I pull into Sonoma County. Thank you The Branch Line.“

“My wife and I decided to check this place out after we heard great things about their prime rib. We went in for lunch and were fortunate enough to be able to order it even though it was only on the dinner menu. Our waitress Kendra and the chef worked their magic and we're lucky they did because it was our last day in town. It was delicious and the portion size was a great value for the asking price. Plus it came with sides which increasingly seems like a rarity these days with something like a steak or prime rib. We don't drink but they had a nice bar next to the dining room, and some TVs with sports on if you're looking for that. The restaurant is within walking distance of a lot of great things to see and do as well. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in town and I look forward to it. Needless to say I highly recommend checking out Torches for yourself.“

If you are anywhere in the area, stop by, you'll be glad you did!Kid-friendliness: Family friendly restaurant - be sure to check out the staff's name tags! “Went here for a little girls night out and it was very fun! There are so many drink options- and the 2 we tried were great! The food was also pretty good- big fan of the sticky ribs and all the tacos. Hoping to come back and try more soon! Also our server was awesome, wish we remembered her name.“
“Neighborhood bars are not necessarily friendly if you are not local. This one is an exception. I have probably been here maybe four times and enjoyed it every time. Considering my expectations, I found the back shelf very well stocked. If you are watching where your money goes, it not going to go further than this place. BTW, to get to the parking lot go around the block by taking the street to the North. The only bad thing about it is that I don't get in to Volpi's enough now, which is another Petaluma bar well worth visiting.“

“Good food, fast & friendly service, plus excellent for the price! I usually don't find many places that are able to do all 3, but I only spent $53 for the bottlecap burger, fettuccine Alfredo, lemonade, a beer, and an appetizer of fried pickles. Really friendly staff, but we got the food fairly fast. As a bonus it's a nice relaxed atmosphere.“

“I was expecting somewhat of a busy restaurant but it was actually pretty dead for 9 AM on a Saturday morning There were many things on the menu that sounded good but I'm not really doing white carbs right now so I was able to limit my choices easily. This seems like a family business and I felt right at home with a nice greeting and friendly interactions with the various staff. I ended up ordering the egg plate with ham and fruit. I mentioned that I wasn't interested in the toast or dollar cakes and my waitress asked if I'd like more fruit. I said "yes" and "thanks very much!". Although the ham was a bit bland (I should be grateful that it wasn't too salty), there was a ton of food and I was pretty full when I left. I would definitely recommend North Bay Cafe for breakfast and I would try them for lunch too!“

“This place, of all the places I've tried up north, and I live in RohnertPark, is the most consistently, very very good hamburger. If you want great ambiance it's not the best, but it is clean, efficient, and a good "diner" type place. If you want a great tasting hamburger, cooked well, great seasoning, and very generous with both the burger and whatever fries you chose, this is the place. I am VERY picky when it comes to hamburgers and I must say- this is the best. A little pricey- but worth it when you want more than the fast food deal.“

“We stopped here for breakfast after leaving the hotel. It was a short drive from there and thankfully not very crowded. The atmosphere is very homey and the staff are friendly and attentive. Our breakfast was delicious and prepared very well. The eggs and hashbrowns were cooked nicely and the bacon was very good. Coffee was fresh and I was served half and half in a small container. That is so much better than the fake stuff served in little plastic containers. Customers seemed like locals and were friendly. Definitely recommend this little diner over big chain places.Parking: Located in shopping center so there is plenty of parking available.“

“Enjoying the Outdoors at Flagship Taproom Cotati The weather was beautiful on Sunday, so we took advantage of it with an out-of-town trip and headed north. Around late lunchtime, we found ourselves in Cotati. As we pulled over to park in La Plaza de Cotati, I noticed the sign for Flagship Taproom across the parking lot. Remembering its presence from a previous visit before the pandemic, I decided to try it out after our poppy walk. The Cotati location of Flagship Taproom has a nice outdoor seating area with seating for a few dozen people. Inside, they have a long bar, tables, stools, and TVs for sports fans. We opted for the outdoor seating. I checked the beer menu and asked for advice from the friendly young lady behind the bar. Following her recommendation, I chose Vato Loco, a Mexican Lager by Del Cielo Brewing Co. in Martinez, while my significant other opted for a Cherry Cider. To complete the experience, we ordered wings with Buffalo sauce. The outdoor tables were filled with a mix of young couples, their babies, and dogs, creating a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our first round of drinks so much that I ordered another round. This time, I chose Orange You Delicious, an IPA also by Del Cielo, with double the alcohol content of the Vato Loco but equally tasty and flavorful. The wings were also delicious, and the Buffalo sauce had the perfect amount of spice I was looking for. We had a good time and, on the drive home, agreed that Flagship Taproom would be our go-to spot when we next visit Cotati.“
