I didn’t catch the guys name, but he was polite, kind and very hospitable. He also gave me pizza bread! Another woman and daughter came in and the pizza guy went right up to them and took care of their order first. “My family and I have been going to Brixx since we moved to Petaluma when my daughter was born 14 years ago. We have always loved their food, ambiance and local family service. Considering how busy they are I usually call ahead and ask for the corner table in the back and they always seem to come through. Tonight my daughter and her friend had their Taekwondo mid term testing for their 2nd degree black belt test. I knew they would be starving afterward and knew Brixx would be the perfect place to reward them afterwards. It was on a Friday so I figured they would be busy. I called and Noel the owner answered and said they were slammed until at least 8:15. We were hoping to get the girls fed a bit earlier so I thanked him for checking and was happy they were busy. 5 minutes later he calls me back and said he could get us a 4 top table at 7:30 but probably not the corner booth which I was super happy about. When we got there they were packed but had a reserved sign for us on the corner booth! Brixx is an awesome, local family owned business that have great food, cozy ambiance and every time we have been there the owners are there bartending, waiting tables, running food or whatever they need to do to run a good business. This place is a Petaluma Gem and I feel bad I am just now giving them a 5 star review. Thank you Noel and his wonderful wife and staff for your hard work.“

“My son, granddaughter, and I were craving great pizza and decided to try this somewhat new pizzeria — and we’re so glad we did!

The Caesar salad is non-traditional in the best way. The variety and freshness of the greens really stood out. As a vegetarian, I initially hesitated when I saw what looked like bacon bits, but the owner kindly assured me they were seasoned breadcrumbs — such a creative and delicious touch.

I ordered the potato pizza, and my granddaughter chose the pepperoni. She devoured nearly the entire pizza in record time, so I think it’s safe to say she gives it five stars! My potato pizza was the bomb — bursting with flavor. The pickled peppers added the perfect tangy kick. Both pizzas had that wonderful thin, crispy crust that I absolutely love.

The service was friendly and attentive. While the pizzas are on the smaller side and perhaps a bit higher in price, the fresh, quality ingredients make it worthwhile.

I also appreciated seeing a Palestinian soda in the refrigerator case, with 50% of the proceeds going toward a Palestine support fund — a thoughtful and meaningful touch.

I’m especially looking forward to warm evenings when I can walk the half mile from my home and enjoy dinner on the patio. We’ll definitely be back!“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“We LOVE Sal’s. Excellent pizza and calzones. My daughter and I walk often and always grab two slices for the rest of the way home. Pure deliciousness! The staff and owner are wonderful, courteous, caring people. If you are going to get pizza in Cotati or Rohnert Park this is the place to go! New York style, thin but the crust stays the right amount of crispy and the end crust is a delightful perfect finish!“

“Yesterday my family went to Mods for lunch. We love Mods because we all get what we want on our pizzas plus they have corn as a topping. So good. My daughter asked Raley our pizza maker if she could arrange the pepperoni in a smiley face. Raley kindly obliged. We appreciate her kindness our daughter is special needs and talks slowly. She was very patient as our daughter chose what she wanted on her pizza. She also gave her a Mods sticker to write her name on and post on the counter there. Which our daughter thought was so cool.
