“I went with my sister tonight and we had the absolute best time. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave, the service is top tier, warm, attentive, and never rushed. Huge shout out to our server Keoni who legit made me feel like family there.
We ordered the leche de tigre kampachi, elote, short rib, and striped bass, each dish was delicious. Everything was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. And then came the pop tart dessert… wow. A cinnamon party in your mouth and the perfect sweet ending to our delicious meal.
Hearth is the kind of place that makes you want to come back immediately to relive the whole experience.“

“It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.“

“This is my local starbucks, love these guys. Only down side I see is I love Clover Coffee and they occasionally start my coffee then the barista goes back to making the drinks on the espresso machine and forgets about my coffee. I sometimes have had to remind them to check the clover. But otherwise they are on top of service and products!“

“I had the same server as two years and ago and she’s still awesome. I wish I could remember her name :) I go every time I come to visit from Maryland. The food always hits the spot. I just miss the tree stumps. Other than that there’s 3 things to look forward to in Simi Valley-good friends, Smiley face hill and Jerry’s Coffee Shop. :)“

“I bring my clients here for coffee on Wednesdays or Tuesdays. The staff is generally very welcoming and sweet, although they seem a bit shy; which is understandable. The coffee is the cheapest in town and I've recognized just how good they treat us every time we come in for coffee. Even when I've purchased my own items on my free time, I've always been pleased with the welcoming and quick service. I would definitely recommend coming here. Thank you to all the great staff at Starbucks simi town center! 🙏❤️“

“This is one of the best Starbucks in the area! I drive 30 minutes just to be able to experience the great customer service. They never get my drink wrong and are super nice workers. Sometimes it does take a while but it’s understandable. The lobby is huge with plenty of tables to study. There is plenty of parking and accessibility. Ashley is one of the nicest baristas there. She always makes me feel welcomed.“

“I give you've stars because of location and ots a nice store with friendly service. Only complaint. Make them start at 5am please. ? . There are Fitness Freaks and Sheetmetal Workers that absolutely need caffeine in the morning. Just saying. Have a great day.“
“Cold brew is my favorite! As for hot coffee, I'm glad they stopped burning their beans. Coffee is still too hot, which destroys the quality of brew (along with my tongue)! I LOVE the Salted Carmel with a shot of espresso, and their Chai Tea...hot or cold is the best. Staff here are very friendly and accommodating.“

“I just wanted to take the time to comment on the exceptional customer service that Thana provided when I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralph's in Moorpark, CA. on 9/30/24. She was extremely polite as well as efficient! I don't usually take the time to comment however it is rare to find someone who is so bright with such a good work ethic, I did not want her to go unrecognized!“

“I don't have a car. I'm a single mom with two babies. I pushed my babies there with a cart full of groceries. And my blue toy car, I push my babies in. I didn't want to bring the cart inside. I ran inside to get a Boba drink. I wanted to treat myself. And when i came out and my food was stolen. I was so sad.“

“It's 2024 and it's cash only.... This place needs to catch up with the times and accept credit cards. I have four dollars in my account and craving a donut, but the donut shops own policies are causing them to lose customers who will simply go to the next donut shop that takes credit cards...“
“Love coming here! Their drink menu has something for everyone, and the toppings are always fresh. The food is just as good—try the popcorn chicken and french fries!
Staff are quick and helpful, and the shop has a fun, chill vibe with plenty of table space. Highly recommend!“
