Came here for a girls’ date night and completely fell in love with it. The atmosphere is giving speakeasy vibes, making it feel cozy, intimate, and perfect for catching up with friends.
They have an amazing selection of wines to choose from, along with delicious appetizers and pizzas that paired perfectly with our drinks. Everything we tried was flavorful and made the experience even better.
Between the ambiance, the wine selection, and the food, this place was an absolute hit. I can’t wait to come back and try even more from the menu! 🍷🍕✨“

“I had the same server as two years and ago and she’s still awesome. I wish I could remember her name :) I go every time I come to visit from Maryland. The food always hits the spot. I just miss the tree stumps. Other than that there’s 3 things to look forward to in Simi Valley-good friends, Smiley face hill and Jerry’s Coffee Shop. :)“

“This is my local starbucks, love these guys. Only down side I see is I love Clover Coffee and they occasionally start my coffee then the barista goes back to making the drinks on the espresso machine and forgets about my coffee. I sometimes have had to remind them to check the clover. But otherwise they are on top of service and products!“

“This Starbucks is the absolute gold standard for how all Starbucks should be. Coffee and food are consistent in taste and speed of course and space is set up perfectly after recent renovations.
The real highlight is that the staff is especially outstanding. All the workers here are so kind and hard working and so easy to talk to when you start your day groggy in desperate need for caffeine.
Coming here in the morning is a highlight of my routine for and it shows by how busy it is even relative to other locations in Simi
Shout out to Dylan who somehow manages to know every single person’s name that walks through the doors and is always the first to flash a smile so early in the morning. This guy deserves all the recognition and more.“

“I don't have a car. I'm a single mom with two babies. I pushed my babies there with a cart full of groceries. And my blue toy car, I push my babies in. I didn't want to bring the cart inside. I ran inside to get a Boba drink. I wanted to treat myself. And when i came out and my food was stolen. I was so sad.“

“Favorite place for coffee in Simi Valley. Great quality coffee, the service is wonderful and the perfect place to buy gifts. They also have yummy baked goods and lots of candy. Also, you can't beat the price of their coffee drinks. Skip the big chains and support this cute local coffee and candy shop.“

“Great local coffee shop with comfortable and inviting decor. The staff are very friendly and the coffee is consistently delicious. I like that their iced coffee drinks aren't overly sweet. This is as close to a Los Feliz or Portland coffee shop as you'll find in Simi. I've only had positive experiences at Merra and would highly recommend checking them out.“

“I go to this Starbucks on a weekly basis because, I bowl at the bowling center just across the street. I was sitting down having a conversation with my pastor and two you guys started vaping. I asked one of the employees could they get me the manager. And this very nice and brave young lady name Bre, said she will handle it. And she did! Very politely but firm. And the two boys left. I thanked her and gave her a compliment.“

I go to get a coffee and i leave happy everytime not just cause they are quick but they are so friendly!!!“
“I stopped by this Starbucks inside Vons yesterday morning to try and get a bagel. This Starbucks location is near my work so that's why I came to this one. I came in the early morning so I found parking just fine.
When I walked inside Vons, the Starbucks stand is right at the entrance and exit. There was no one in like so I went and place my order. I didn't see any bagels on their food display, so I asked the barista and she said they don't carry bagels here. So I just asked for a Mango Dragonfruit with light ice and water instead of lemonade.
The barista made my drink quick and put light ice like I asked. The drink was very watered down so it didn't have a strong mango Dragonfruit flavor to it. I think the barista didn't put a lot of the powder and mango Dragonfruit.“

“I just wanted to take the time to comment on the exceptional customer service that Thana provided when I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralph's in Moorpark, CA. on 9/30/24. She was extremely polite as well as efficient! I don't usually take the time to comment however it is rare to find someone who is so bright with such a good work ethic, I did not want her to go unrecognized!“
“I absolutely love the staff here. They are always so sweet and helpful! Drinks come out made quick but doesn’t slip on quality which I love! My only complaint about this place is the manager or leader of the area. I come here quite frequently and she is always nowhere to be found. The poor girls always have to struggle on their own and when they do call for help, it seems she tries to find some reason to not go over. I understand there may be other things going on, but as a manager myself I could never do that to my crew. Other than that always love coming here and having great conversations with the crew!“

“It's 2024 and it's cash only.... This place needs to catch up with the times and accept credit cards. I have four dollars in my account and craving a donut, but the donut shops own policies are causing them to lose customers who will simply go to the next donut shop that takes credit cards...“
