“I have been to several Hopdoddy locations in Austin, Texas, and absolutely loved them. So when I found out there is a Hopdoddy in LA not far from me, I really wanted to check it out, and it didn’t disappoint. It was just as good as the other locations I’ve visited.

I ordered the classic burger with cheese and a truffle fries. The fries were really good - crispy, flavorful, and topped with Parmesan cheese. The fries is what I really love here. it tastes better than in other fast food chains.
The sauce the fries came with was delicious too. The portion was pretty big, enough for 2–3 people to share.

The burger was great. The beef patty was big, juicy and tender, and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The bun had a slightly sweet flavor. The price is pretty good for this burger.

The restaurant itself looks great, it super clean with plenty of seating. There are lots of tables inside, including some with sofas, there is a bar in the center, and they also have a nice outdoor patio. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they cooked everything pretty quickly.

Overall, I had really good experience. Probably one of the best burger chain in the US. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get some good burger.“

“Didn't fail to meet our expectations. We had a table of 4 and we were good to go in just about 30 minutes. The noodles and meat were so good and the staff were very attentive. My wife and I had a fantastic dinner here and were impressed by the creativity and flavor of every dish.

We started with the Chicken Fried Mushrooms, which were well seasoned and had an incredible crispy coating. The mushrooms themselves were exactly what you want in a great appetizer.

For mains, we shared the cauliflower wings along with the Al Pastor bowl adding the blackened tofu for protein. The cauliflower wings had tender texture with bold flavors, while the Al Pastor bowl with the blackened tofu was well prepared with a mix of spices that made every bite exciting.

Their mocktail offering is also worth highlighting - we sampled the Cosmic Colada which is a must-try if you enjoy tropical flavors, especially pineapple. It was refreshing.

The service was excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. It’s clear the kitchen understands how to build layers of flavor and create dishes that are satisfying and healthy for you. I normally get the taco's when I pick the food up my self, but since I was having a delivery, the burrito was the other option and it was so good. “I recently purchased food from here while attending a conference in the city of Los angeles. It was truly fall off the bone deliciously seasoned chicken. The chicken was tender and juicy. It was a little difficult to separate out some of the smaller Bones from the half chicken but I got through it and enjoyed that I could rend the flesh with my hands because I did not have a knife and fork (I do not mind this it made me feel cool to eat it manually). The bread was spectacular and was baked to a degree of fluffiness that I have not experienced in another bread. I got it with hummus and pickled turnips which were pretty delectable, very toothesome and vibrantly colored. The sauces I chose were the tahini and the red sauce which were both nice accents on the food. I also got a delicious mint lemonade which was the perfect amount of sweet and tart with a nice cool mint flavor.

It is so difficult nowadays to find truly authentic Middle Eastern food, oftentimes it is just a poor imitation co-opted and misappropriated by people from northern Europe who think they have a claim to the land. That's why I am so glad you have gotten food from Jerusalem Chicken where I could tell it was cooked by people truly native to the land.“

Highly recommend the Hamachi/yellowtail toro (so underrated), the scallops, and the squid/ika, but honestly any of the options won’t disappoint. Also a big fan of their tamago and their Takuan roll (which has fresh perilla leaves inside)!

“Loved the experience - 5 senses stimulated. Coastal jungle (?) themed decor, zen-like music, and scented smoke that fully relax us before the meal.

Creative dishes with some explosive and unique tastes. It's more on the heavy and complex side which we found inspiring, and it's probably better to go with a drink to offset (can order separately). We also tried the juice pairing - while interesting, we didn't find it enhancing the tasting menu much.

Overall, we would come back for this experience. This reminds us of the experience at Central at Lima, Peru.

Btw, they have valet parking, but we came on a Sunday and could park on the street (no parking after 6pm Mon-Sat). Otherwise available street parking is 4 blocks away.“
