“Normally I like to keep gems like this to myself, but walking through literal back alleys in San Diego to be introduced to this incredible Hi-Fi listening speakeasy was just too awesome and I hope everyone I love gets a chance to get on the reservation list, stat. I'm a speakeasy veteran with a coast to coast cocktail sipping resume that spans from SF to Boston and New Orleans to Chicago, and this spot has definitely landed in my top ten. The atmosphere, the staff, the tunes, and the drinks are all so special and perfectly curated for maximum delight. Every aspect of CMB is comfortable and balanced, and so very easy to enjoy. They found a great groove and kept it going.“

“I had the pleasure of visiting BNS Brewing and Distillery in Santee, California, and it was an experience worth talking about. The brewery exudes a welcoming atmosphere with its rustic yet laid-back charm, making it the perfect spot for both regulars and newcomers. On this visit, I was there to watch my friend compete in a lively cornhole tournament, which was one of the highlights of the night. The event was impressively organized, with smooth registration, clearly designated playing areas, and a schedule that kept everything running seamlessly. It was fantastic to see a mix of serious competitors and casual players enjoying themselves and interacting in friendly competition.

The crowd added to the experience with their energy—cheering, laughing, and sharing moments that brought everyone together. Whether you were there to play or just watch, like I was, the enthusiasm was infectious. The staff at BNS played a big part in creating such an enjoyable atmosphere, always attentive and ensuring everyone had a great time.

Beyond the event, BNS Brewery’s craft beers and distilled beverages were exceptional. With a diverse range of flavors to choose from, there’s truly something for everyone. “Our first time at the Pony Room, for my birthday. I googled it and saw all the great reviews,. so we decided to check it out with friends. So glad we did! What a hidden gem for these foodies. Great variety on the menu for everyone and large portions that are very shareable. I had the Hamachi Crudo, two of my dining partners had the burger, which was amazing but splittable, another diner had the lamb popsicles, he said they were wonderful, but needed a little more spice. We all shared the pear salad, I loved the lavender dresssing. We also had the focaccia, so good! Our Italian friend said it was good but should just be called bread as it's not traditional focaccia. I loved it, but I tend to agree as my family also owns a traditional Italian restaurant. We shared teo bottles of wine, which are a very good value according to my ex-Somm husband. We will absolutely be back, and bring our friends. Stewart, our server was exceptional and made the experience even more awesome. I gave ambience four stars because although the entire place was absolutely beautiful, the bar, the entry courtyard and the outdoor patio we could see from our table, our actual table was in a corner of the plastic lined patio, which took away from the total ambience for me and felt a bit claustrophobic . I'm sure as soon as it warms up they will take the plastic away, but for me, next time I would request to sit inside the bar area or somewhere more open. Overall a wonderful find, you'll see us again soon!“

“This place is an AWSOME! Pub, definitely a locals bar, but very welcoming to anyone looking for the perfect pour of Gennus. The bartenders are great, Ryan & Will however Bettsy is a Rockstar!!! Prices are very reasonable & plenty of parking. There's no food wich is odd, but they allow you to bring yr own apparently. The rest rooms are very small but very clean. I don't why the owner of this wonderful place doesn't expanded to accommodate more room for a bigger place, to have more place to sit or a kitchen for hot food, seems like such a waist. How ever they make u feel right at home and treat you like family. You definitely get 5 stars from me.“

“Been going to Kelly's for a few years now and mad a few friends here. The ladies behind the bar are all friendly, gorgeous and good people. I never have an empty glass when at Kelly's and prices are affordable.

Kelly's has fresh popcorn but doesn't serve food. There is a Mexican Take-out next door though if you get hungry.

“This place was a surprise. I went to watch the UFC fight since it was the closest place to my house showing the fight. This place may become one of my new weekend night without the kids hangout spots. Approximately 7 pool tables, good beers on tap, and a patio in the back to smoke and vape. It is super immersive.
From the moment you have to find your way in, reminiscent of a speakeasy, to the probability that you will exit to the back of the house. (Warning- Do not exit via the door that reads: “Aloha”. That is NOT an exit!)

The bartender who helped me was absolutely lovely.
She explained everything in-depth and she made sure I was well taken care of!

“CASH ONLY. So I wish I'd known this prior but they have an ATM for a $2.50 charge. Could be worse. My 30 year High School Reunion was the following day so this was just a get together with some of the crew that are here locally or came in from out of town. Pretty small with a jukebox (a bit too loud to hear each other talk when you're not a spring chicken anymore, but a positive vibe nonetheless.“

Drinks come in as fast as they go down lol they have live bands play here at certain days of the week, a couple of pool tables to play with friends and fam. “Overall not a bad meal, but nothing that made me want to share with everyone i know. The portions are pretty large; every dish we got is made to be shared. Between 3 people we had a lot of left overs.

The japchae was one of the highlights of the meal as they were well seasoned and not too greasy as that's been an issue at other restaurants.

The bulgogi wings are good, tasty, sticky, and enough we had about half left.

The potstickers weren't anything amazing. Incredible large where I just had to hold it with me hand and sauce to dip was lacking compared to others.

Bibimbap is a massive serving! There was plenty to go around and to also take to go.

We did get an order of the soft tofu soup and while it is seafood it is an overwhelming taste and smell of it. So much it kind of was inedible which is unfortunate of the cost and size to waste.

Overall a big area this is offers karaoke rooms which aren't as sound proof as I would've expected. They have a call button for each table which is nice to only call over when you actually needed them.

Again the pricing really only justified the portions and not so much the flavor, but I'm not entirely dissatisfied. It was still a filling meal.“
