“Dutch Bros in Rancho Cordova was super convenient. We ordered through the drive through and it was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth. Drinks were great and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall it was a simple, satisfying experience and a solid stop for a caffeine fix.“

“My wife and I saw this place at Home Depot, and it was way past lunch. So both of us settled for chili dogs. I’ve eaten a lot of chili dogs in my life time, but this one was beyond my expectations. The chili is homemade , and the taste is awesome. There’s two picnic tables for eating, and that’s where we ate. I will definitely go back before lunch to try their other sandwiches.“

Later I saw coffee with a wrong name but sounds the same, and so I asked the crew what kind of coffee was it. The lady crew said it’s Latte. So I backed out coz that wasn’t what I ordered. My intuition kicked in to check my receipt. Indeed, the order there was Latte. I saw another crew and asked if there is an order for Cappuccino in her lists and said no. So I told her that the Latte order there must be mine however I did not order for Latte. She very nicely offered to make a Cappuccino for me instead. Apologized to. Her name is Sara. How I wish we have more and more like her in any business. No arguments just pure action to correct what was wrong. I admired her for that! Kudos to you Sara. Hope you succeed more in life. “This Starbucks is part of a Marriott hotel. This means it has great customer service but smaller and less cozier than a regular Starbucks. It's definitely roomy due to hotel grounds that tie into the store. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Plenty of parking in the Marriott parking lot. Highway patrolman come here in the morning to relax so it's definitely safe. Great place to meet people and to "hide" from regular Starbucks crowds.“

“Today, 9/20, I wanted a drink to get hydrated and was feeling something chocolatey to drink, so I decided to go to my local Dutch bros near my house. I wanted the Chocolate crunch freeze but I was afraid they might not make it because it’s only came one time in 2023 however; when I went in today; I was greeted and helped by a employee named Jeff. He was very professional, nice, and knew how to make a great drink. Even though, the drink I wanted was hard to order, Jeff was very patient and had a good conversation with me, because of that; i really appreciate him, because patience like that isn’t that common any more.

“I really like this Starbucks. They have 3 baristas working, so the service was fast. Clean seating area. It's in a Target, so the atmosphere is not that of a coffee shop, but it's a good place to wait while the rain is pouring. Prices are a bit higher than free-standing stores.

“I sat at the bar and waited but the bartenders only helped people who were standing in line at the register as if i wasnt sitting at the bar waiting. So after seeing them help everyone who was in line and helping people who walked in after me. I just got in the back of the line after 5 people who arrived after me and then was helped. After that they started serving me at the bar. It was surprisingly delicious though. Nice dark chill atmosphere and definitely unique. I'll be back.“

“So far as the food is concerned it's McDonalds so you get what you expect. The service though? This McDonald's is the best service I've ever had. There was a mistake with my order but they quickly fixed it and were extremely friendly and helpful. So far as service is concerned this is the McDonald's you want to go to.“

“Had to spend a week in this area for my cat's medical reasons and wait for a couple of hours in the a.m. each day. This is the best McDonald's we've visited, mind you, only ate here for breakfast. First off, we were ignorant of the table service offered when ordered on the app. We did a ton of curbside at others. Our food came out in record time, hot, with everything you need, utensils, condiments, napkins, and a friendly smile! Don't know if it gets busier at lunch, but is very quiet the 3 times we visited, which we appreciate. And the restaurant was clean and orderly as well as the parking lot. If we ever came back, we're coming here! Thank you!“
