“Japanese style noodles and rice dishes are almost all delicious here. You place your order on a large tablet, and then choose a table. They bring your food out to you. We've enjoyed almost all the dishes we've tried (although I don't recommend the chicken curry item). Very clean, no styrofoam or plastic utensils (unless you do takeout probably).“
“Ramen comes to mind when the weather is cool and raining! Ever since I heard Pipo Ramen & Rice is on the Top 100 Places to Eat in Sacramento, I have been wanting to try this place. It's located in South Sacramento, off 65th Street, in this quiet plaza with plenty of parking. We came here for dinner a little before 6:00 pm on weekdays, and we were the only customers. The place is clean, tidy, and spacious with a high ceiling. We sat down and were given the menu and water right away. At first, I thought this was a Japanese/Ramen restaurant because of the name. After looking at the menu, it turns out it's a Thai restaurant. Either way, I enjoy both Japanese and Thai food.I love duck, so I immediately knew I wanted the Crispy Duck Fried Rice. I was surprised that the duck breast was served on top of the basil fried rice, instead of diced and cooked together with the fried rice. I really like that because I can see what part of the duck I'm eating. It's also delicious! The duck was crispy and savory. The basil and Thai seasoning add unique flavors to the fried rice. Generous portion. I would definitely get this again. 5/5We also got the Tonkotsu Ramen. It's your typical ramen with the standard toppings and ramen egg (ajituske tamago). The broth is creamy and not too salty. It really is perfect for the rainy weather. 4/5The service was great. The server was friendly and checked on us a couple of times. We can't wait to come back and taste other dishes.“
“Small, cozy spot with bar seating for some good Ramen Soup- broth was rich and flavorful so much so the noodles were flavorful. Delicious. I'll definitely be back for the Ramen Soup. Gyoza and Sushi was decent. We got there just in time before it got super busy with a small wait time.Downer: Parking - is difficult and tight.“
“Everything about sushi house is absolutely wonderful! The sushi chefs make the best rolls, and the main waitress that’s always there is the sweetest and always takes great care of us. They even modify things so that our two year old can eat easily. This is our go to spot.“
“Lien gives the best service I’ve ever experienced. The food is also exceptional! Great place to bring the family for fine sushi meal. The mango sake is so tasty.Vegetarian options: All so good, spicy edamame, croquettes, rolls, ramen, so many choices.“
“Vons Chicken opened a couple of years ago. They didn't do much to the dining room. It looks almost the same as before when this is Ramen and More. The dining room looks dated but comfortable and clean. They're famous for chicken. But my mood wanted the Bulgogi beef. So, I ordered the Bulgogi Rice Plate. It is ready in five minutes. It is delicious. The meat tastes excellent and juicy. I love it! I'll try their chicken one of the day. But I love their bulgogi beef very much now.“
“The food is good for the price and comes out quickly. I've had their tonkotsu ramen and bibimbap and enjoyed both. The service is friendly and efficient. It's kind of a hole in the wall, no frills place, but I've been here several times and always had a good experience.“
“this was our first time trying out this place and all i can say is we were very satisfied! portions are very generous, they give you enough meat. other places i have gone to were stingy with their meat and just put more rice instead. the macaroni salad is delicious and reminds me of how they make it in the islands, it’s legit. they even have a good variety of milk teas and fruity drinks that you can get with boba too! the ramen was by far one of the best i have had in the states so far, the broth was delicious & the toppings were great. we are definitely coming back again & spreading the word with friends and fam to come check this place out. get out there and support your local family owned businesses people❤️??✨one love“
“The ramen here was amazing, the vibe is young and ready to eat some spicy ramen. I loved the egg as it was just superb and added so much richness to the broth. The takoyaki was hot and fresh but the squid didnt come through the batter still a great flavor tho. Ramen bowl was big and plentiful and the pork was just amazing in every bite.“
“Great place with tasty ramen. I love the vibe and the service is great. Ordered to go a few times and and it was amazing, the food was prepared quick and packed accurately, the boys really know how to do their job!Definitely one of my favorite restaurants ✨️“
“We had an amazing time last night. Karaoke was fun! Food was good and HOT. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Also it's BYOB, $20 uncorking fee, that was perfect for us. Only negative is the rooms get really hot, a few fans would be great.“
“Came in right when they opened so there wasn't a line and food came out fast. The interior decor is very nice, but I was focused in the food!Walk in and order your food up front. They deliver to your table when done. I was so excited to try the black garlic ramen which was loaded with black garlic (not just black garlic oil like other ramen places). The chicken karaage was really yummy but wish they provided more sauce. There was ample food to take leftovers home. I actually ate my ramen leftovers at work for lunch (sorry not sorry to my coworkers for the overbearing yet delicious smell of garlic I'm the breakroom! Lol“
“Taichi is the boba shop I will take an indecisive Capricorn to. There are so many options for food AND drinks at this boba shop - if I were to present this store to the United Nations, every representative would have something they'd enjoy. You can order basic boring fries on Tuesday and Michelin level poke on Thursday. The service has never been an issue for me and I live for the giant boba at the entrance. It's giving "I pledge allegiance to this big boba cup of Taichi Boba Shop"“
“This place is a hit or miss. And I mean every time we tried to come here, they were closed. So confusing. This time they were open and we were meeting up with some friends. There were a couple of customers ahead of us but the ordering didn't take too long. However, it took quite a bit before we got our drink orders. Our friends ordered food and it came out fairly quickly after the initial lag. Drinks were delicious there's a lot to choose from in their menu“
“First time up north and was craving some ramen. I can day it's very delicious and the proportions are equally great for the price . For a big ramen bowl and order of 8 gyoza it was 25 bucks. But the amount of broth and ramen you get is well worth it.I suggest doing spicy to clear your nose and warm your body on cold day.“
