“My daughter and I discovered this place and when I saw they were women owned and advocates of women’s empowerment, I couldn’t wait to try it! Milan greeted us with such friendliness and we chatted it up while she made our selections. “Karak has quickly become my new favorite local coffee shop. I am a sucker for good chai, and when I saw they opened up close to me and have Karak Chai on the menu, I knew I had to give it a try. It did not disappoint! I was there the opening week, and I have been back regularly since then. If you like South Asian / Middle Eastern style chai (the one with milk & spices) then you're gonna love this. Other items on the menu are pretty good as well.

It's a great place to hangout at with a group of friends (especially the outdoor seating) but also a great place to get some work done in the day. I am usually there 2-3 afternoons a week as I get to work remotely, and I see lots of other remote workers/students. It's not too loud and the ambience is perfect to get some deep work done, accompanied by a cup of two of karak chais, of course. Also love that it's open so late! Cannot recommend the place enough!“

The staff is always so friendly, the drinks are consistently top-notch, and they do their best to serve the drinks quickly.
Parking can be tricky right by the shop, but the large parking lot makes up for it, so you'll always find a spot.
The breakfast sandwiches are delicious too.
The restroom is clean, the tables are wiped down, and the napkins and utensils are always replenished. It's the little things that make a place great!“
