“This Starbucks is one of the best in OC, I will go in rather than use the drive through because of the amazing service. They are fast efficient, team oriented, and some of the most friendly Baristas you will ever meet. Kai always takes the time to get to know the gest and make them feel welcomed. I highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the Las Flores area.“

“So good, it gives me a craving. I'm obsessed with the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado and this is THE BEST place to get it. I know SBux prides themselves on having a great experience at every location, but I'm telling you, no where else makes a Cortado like this location. Everyone on their crew does it the same way, and it's perfect every time (even when they are slammed).
I go out of my way to get it from THIS location with THIS crew.

“I work several days a week here lately and the staff is very welcoming. It is not the closest location to me but the overall quality of service here and their attention to detail played a huge part in making this my go to store of choice. This past week I met the new manager as well and he was extremely kind/attentive also. I look forward to keep coming here in the future.“

“Finally…. This Starbucks gets renovated, looks more spacious, it is very well lit, looks 10x cleaner! Well done.Customer service was good, the lady at the counter was engaging, energetic, and friendly.We just ordered our usual, a Decaf Americano and a Frappuccino. They were prepared quickly and they were good too. Starbucks was not busy at all when we were there.“
“This location had very friendly people working. Bella was very nice and this Starbucks location provided me a lovely flower for Mother’s Day. That was so thoughtful. The wait was a longer than I would have liked to wait but for some reason, this made up for it. My drink was yummy as well. Made me having to work today just not that bad. 🤣“
“The service here was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful. This morning, I forgot to specify only 2 pumps of mocha in my drink, but later when I mentioned it the young lady ( I forgot her name) immediately took care of it with no hesitation. They all deserve 5 stars!“
