“Really great acai bowl spot that is along I-80 freeway. The staff was nice, and they flavor/texture of acai was so good. I ordered a small bowl traditional bowl and added mango and peanut butter. Bowl was 5/5 and the peanut butter deserves its own shoutout! Street parking is available, but we had no issue finding parking. They have some seating inside and a couple picnic tables outside. This place is in my top 3 acai bowl spots in the bay area!“

“What a hidden gem! I stopped by this little strip mall spot in Pinole not expecting much—and ended up having one of the best falafel and chicken plates I’ve had in a while.

The falafel? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and clearly just made. None of that dry hockey puck nonsense. And the chicken was juicy, flavorful, and grilled to perfection—not the sad, dry chunks you sometimes get at these places.

Portion size was just right—enough to fill me up without needing a nap afterward. And the price? Let’s just say my wallet didn’t cry.

The staff was super friendly, too. You can tell they care about the food they’re putting out. If you’re in the area and craving something fresh, hearty, and delicious, don’t sleep on this spot. Strip mall or not, this place delivers.“

“$16 for a huge steak burrito with added guacamole to go, and it was phenomenal. Easily one of the best burritos I’ve had in ages. Came with a little foil packet with I’m guessing pickled onion, carrot and a jalapeño, and a little cup of red and green salsa. Everything was fantastic, and I will be back again. Parking wasn’t too bad to find a spot, and there’s some tables outside for seating.“

“Found this place by accident. Everyone here, both employees and park visitors alike, is friendly towards both humans and dogs. The club was quite delicious, and Copper just gave compliments (a la belch) to the chef of his hot dog! And the view is quite picturesque.“

“DAMN GOOD MEXICAN FOOD! I don't care what anyone says in the reviews, anyone giving this place less than a 4.5 does not know what they are talking about. This place is literally one of the only good places to eat authentic Mexican food. Their regular burritos are 10.95 and they are literally the size of other restaurants that charge you 13$ for "super" burrito and them shi be nasty. Bomb ahh asada fries, the guacamole is so good, it has a perfect mix of lime, pepper, salt and avocado. The tacos taste the same as the ones do in mexico, you want authentic? This place has tacos that are literally the same thing that they sell in Mexico, literally where tacos come from! (Specifically the ones from guadalajara, those are the ones it reminds me of). Burritos are fantastic. The asada is the best from every other taco place. If you want to find a better place you have to drive at least 30 more minutes south/southwest. This is an honest review by a real Mexican, not a gringo that only knows shell tacos and chimichangas.“

“Closest spot from DeAnza HS for coffee. I ordered Vietnamese coffee - they should update the picture on the menu because it shows a 12oz cup. The size that came out is almost half the size but is normal when there’s less ice - people might not know this and complain. For me, I like it this way as you can taste the full flavor. Very clean space but a bit run down. I wish the employee was playing music, it was so quiet… maybe because it was the weekend and school isn’t in session/less student customers. Putting one star down because the last time I went, I got a passion fruit boba and it just tasted like sugar in water with no fruit-flavor. This Vietnamese coffee though was a good turn-around/choice and hit the spot!“

“Everytime I go here the food it really good. I had a super burrito today and it was fire. I also recommend the steak cheese fries. Service is qucik. And don't hesitate to ask for more salsa. Always a winner in my book. Sometimes it can get a bit crowded. Because people know about this place. I'm not sure if you can order ahead. But I'm gonna see next time I go. They also have a market behind the truck. They have a seating area close by if you choose to seat and eat. There's parking on the inside the lot. “I just tipped $5 on a $7.70 drink because the customer service was that freaking amazing ! I wish I had $20 to tip but I’m poor right now rents due on the first lol but it’s the percentage for me and max tip option so I gave it up anywho my frappe was too good yumm. I think im in love with this Starbucks minus one icky attitude girl I almost let scare me away last week. She wasn’t in this time luckily. I don’t usually get the hype and it’s pricey but with service and cleanliness like this place has I’ll pay the cost. Thanks a lot Vicky and crew !
