Very small for dining in tho, probably seating no more than 10 max, and the prices on the bottled Thai tea & coffee are not competitive with nearby boba shops (with admittedly worse service and worse food or no food at all).“

When I got there I had to wait a minute, because they were busy but it wasn't long. They gave me an extra Thai iced tea on the house, I didn't need it. Yet it shows the type of business I'm eating at. The ambiance is very welcoming. The art work on the walls of the culture is beautiful. I can customize my food by asking for nothing spicy... and they comply! However, I must say that I'm addicted to the Crab Fried Rice!!! I don't have to customize any of it. I was even brave enough to order the Tom Tom soup which is Hot and Sour soup. This soup is a tasty medicinal soup for any stomach issues or cold and flu issues. “I had such an amazing dining experience here! Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious, and you can really tell that the restaurant puts a lot of care into both the quality of the ingredients and the presentation.

The Strawberry Salad was an unexpected highlight. It was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully balanced. The sweet and refreshing dish that was flavorful.

The Crab Fat Fried Rice was one of the highlights of the meal. It was fragrant, rich, and packed with umami flavor. They served with seafood sauce on the side that make the dish more anthentic flavor.

The homemade Shumai was juicy, tender, and tasted freshly made. Every bite was packed with flavor and had a delicate texture. The sauce is exactly Thai flavor taste.

One dish that completely exceeded my expectations was the Fried Tofu. It was unbelievably crispy on the outside while remaining soft and silky on the inside. It’s easily one of the crispiest fried tofu dishes I’ve ever had.

The service was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Combined with the cozy atmosphere and exceptional food, this restaurant truly delivered an unforgettable dining experience.

My friend ordered the stirred fried noodle and I ordered the crab omurice. Great flavor with generous portion. I honestly have to say the crab omurice is overrated since it is the signature. The amount of crab meat is lacking.

“Cool place (love the decor/style), nice staff & tasty food. Some dishes you will not find in the average Thai restaurant in the Bay Area. For example, the chef or owner is from northern Thailand so the menu features a top Northern Thai dish - Kao Soi noodle soup (beef or chicken), or the all time fav 'street food' grilled pork skewers (moo ping) served with sticky rice (ck out the menu on their website). I had the Pad Kemao Chicken (menu says beef but they are happy to make dishes with what you like & even have Beyond Meat dishes on the menu - cool to see stir fried basil with Beyond Meat (Krapao Beyond Neur)). The taste of my wok fried pad kemao was delicious, same or better than any I've had on prior trips to Bangkok. Glad to have discovered a solid Thai restaurant that doesn't have watered down flavors. Good to see they have a lot of gluten free and vegan choices on the menu too. Definitely will be back, keep up the good work!“

“Had to take my daughter to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland and we were looking for a good place to have lunch before her appointment. My daughter spotted this restaurant and we are absolutely in love. Clean, comfortable eating area inside and outside. Variety on the menu and best Thai food we’ve eaten in a long time. Amazing flavors and portions are just right. And let’s not forget the Thai tea, best everrr! Seriously highly recommend for lunch and dinner if you are in the Oakland area.“

I had Pumpkin Curry with tofu and vegetables, and it was superb. Service is very friendly and accommodating (I requested some additional pumpkin curry sauce, and they even brought out that with more chunks of pumpkin, no charge). Spotted Thai boat noodle on the menu.... It's been awhile.... So took it TOGO. Overall... Super delicious. Great flavor. Not overwhelming. Although I probably would of want the wider noodles. Sweet chunks of ripe mango paired with perfectly seasoned rice made for a dish I'm already thinking about ordering again. And the basil eggplant? “Honestly I love the food, the interior, and the menu - the food is delicious, creative, a little upscale feeling and clearly a lot of attention and care is put into it from ingredients to preparation. I love the variety and seasonality, and it’s one of the few places where you can get those delicious little coconut griddle cakes, and things are easy to share and portions are nice. AND your thai coffee/tea is made with CONDENSED SWEETENED OAT MILK!!!! WHAT?! (I cannot do dairy so this is the best news ever)

Interior is super charming and the seating is very comfy and bathroom is clean, cute, service is always friendly and the staff presents well. My huge gripe - believe it or not - is the service is inconsistent. One time I went there when there was barely anyone in the restaurant, and only one person was working and, it took an eternity to get served. And then I went today, the restaurant was full, and there were two or three servers working, and literally we were getting interrupted every five minutes, asking if we’re doing OK, people coming to the table to pour water, telling us the kitchen is about to close, asking again if everything’s OK, too many concerns, etc., like too attentive to the point of not being able to have a conversation - insanely annoying. Also, the restaurant is quite small inside, and yet they blast music SO loud loudly that everyone is shouting to have a conversation, and because the space is small, you can hear your neighbors TOO WELL if they raise their voice even a little bit. REALLY ANNOYING when you’re trying to enjoy a cute lunch.“

Service was very slow for our order which seemed pretty straightforward: a soup and padthai. Other guests were served more quickly; people at the next table ordered just before we did, got their food, ate and left beforewe got our food?!? On another note, we were not able to dine on the terrasse since it was a bit chilly and there is only one heater that is broken. Buying more heaters should be made a priority.
