“The ice cream never disappoints. I came in at night and was originally planning to get one scoop on a cone, However, impulse got me, and I upgraded to a two-scoop sundae. The two teenage boys behind the counter were polite and eager to help me. Here's where the four stars come in (and not five). As I saw one of the teens reach over the ice cream and dig down for the scoop, I couldn't help but notice his long hair draping down and nearly touching what I was going to eat. I don't know if BR mandates hair nets, but at least wear a ball cap, tie it off into a ponytail, or cut the hair shorter. I wouldn't want you guys to get a health code violation or to pick shed hair out of my sundae.“

“The process of ordering from beginning to end was so easy and fast. I ordered same day and was shocked at how fast items would be ready. Very thankful I came across redondo dog will definitely be ordering again. My dogs and their friends loved all the treats. Very easy to digest and no one had any issues and the treats were so cute.“

“Marsha came through with an exceptional cake for my husband’s surprise 60th birthday. She designed the cake exactly the way I wanted it. We had a 3 tier cake, each being a different flavor and our guests wanted to try all 3. Needless to say, this cake was a hit! “I've been going to both locations for years, but this one is more convenient for me. I love everything that they bake. My favorite is the cookies. But they also made my wedding cake. I made an appointment at the Torrance location for that. It was beautifully decorated just as I requested with different flavors on each tier: red velvet with cream cheese, yellow with strawberries and whip cream, and banana with custard. Everyone raved about it! Back to the cookies. I usually go to the Gardena location for my fix. They have a cookie special on Wednesday, but I can't remember what it is. The chocolate chip cookies are great. Pro tip: get the bag of cookies vs. individual ones for a better price. The fudge chews are a cross between a brownie and a cookie. We call them brookies. They make a maple one as well. But my favorite cookie is the peanut butter. They're slightly crispy but also soft. They also make great custom cookies and cakes, donuts, petit fours, small pastries. I'm sure there's something for everyone with a sweet tooth.“

“Gemmae's has always been our go-to when it comes to family parties. We usually order the ube cheesecake and lumpia for pickup. The flavor and quality are always consistent, so we always go back. The online ordering system is very convenient; thus, picking it up at specific times has never been a problem! They use real ube, not those powder kinds they use at boba shops. I know.. I grew up mixing ube during fiestas in Silang, Cavite. The lumpia is excellent, too! The size is bigger than the typical lumpia from other Filipino joints. The inside of Gemmae's is excellent. However, there is no indoor dining, and it's solely for pick-up. One thing to note is the parking. It's situated in a small lot and can get full quickly. But there's plenty of free parking in the street. I will keep coming back here for our orders. The customer service is excellent, and the food/dessert is fantastic!“

“I swung by here to grab a quick shake. The milkshakes are so thick & creamy. I got a large oreo milkshake & Bella got a pup cup the girl working here is soooo sweet & literally every patron too. I definitely recommend this place! It's a vibe. Parking is a little tight so I park across the from baskin Robbins in a little lot next to manhattan Torah center since I won't be more than 10 mins in & out of BR.“

“Randomly stopped by and ended up buying two sugar cookies for the kids and a birthday cake. The flavor was purple velvet and it was absolutely delicious, well-decorated, fairly priced, and perfect for our party of 10. Everyone at the table commented how delicious the cake was, how the frosting was not too sweet and the balance between the cake and the frosting was perfect. Our girls loved the sugar cookies and my 6-year old declared, "This is like the best cookie ever!" Highly recommend this local bakery for your next special occasion or swinging by for a special treat for your kiddos, your spouse, or yourself!“

“I did a chocolate tasting through Groupon. It was such a unique experience! She goes over the chocolate making process and lets you sample some of the bars. Please note that it is mostly dark chocolate so if you do this tasting at night, it could affect your sleep since there is caffeine. I'm caffeine sensitive so i was WIRED lol. They have really unique flavors and it changes from time to time. I recommend checking them out!“

“Ordered an ice cream cake over the phone from Ben. Extremely helpful and patient as he listened to what we wanted for a huge family for a birthday party. Everyone loves their ice cream cakes. So I showed up and met a worker there named Alexia telling her I was there for an ice cream cake but wasn't sure the cake was going to be big enough even though that's what I described I needed over the phone. She recommended these pizza sliced ice cream cakes. Again I appreciate when someone is patient and recommends other items I can select from. She did a beautiful job with the writing over the cake and her recommendation turned out to be a success at last nights party. The cookies n cream sliced cake and mint was so good there was not a slice left by end of night!! Was perfect!! I even got a follow up call which I'm sure doesn't happen at many ice cream places or bakeries. But Ben wanted to know how everything went. I Thanked him and told him he also runs an incredible crew. Alexia and Ben will always get our business!! You want personable service and great service? Come to this Baskin Robbins. “Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.“

“Occasionally, I like to get freezes before I go to work at 10pm. Unlike the B & R on Imperial and Western, the employees at the Gardena B&R will make a freeze at 9:30pm. I want to personally thank Albert(Great Attitude). He usually makes the freezes for me. They have always been good.“
