“I recently ordered Chole Bhature from this place and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The chole were perfectly spiced, hitting that sweet spot between too much and too little heat, while the bhature were unique and special, with a delightful stuffing inside. They were soft, cooked to perfection, and a true spectacle. The raita, however, was the star of the show. It complemented the chole and bhature beautifully, elevating the entire meal and making it one of the best I've had in a long time. The owners were incredibly kind, sweet, and polite, adding a personal touch to the experience even though it was a takeout order (as it's a cloud kitchen... I hope they soon expand to have a dinning). The price for the quality and quantity of food was exceptionally reasonable, especially compared to other places in Sacramento. This was one of the very few authentic Indian meals I've had in North California, and I highly recommend giving them a try. The unique touch on classic dishes, the exceptional flavors, and the wonderful service make this cloud kitchen a hidden gem. I'll definitely be ordering from them again and would love to see more dishes on the menu to try out in the future. “So yall me and my family were hella hungry and went to this restaurant, first of all it was hella hot there so we asked them if they can lower the temp and they were super nice and chill bout it so they lowered the temp but when we got the the first plate of chow mein, the quantity was so small but it tasted so good..when we told them that the food quantity was small they gave us 2 more..I feel like they’re were so nice about it, but idk why but when we got the second batch of chow mein it was way spicier, tbh I recommend this place!! “I don’t eat Indian food because there are no restaurants that serve it near where I live, but I have been missing out! Mona (very friendly and helpful) recommended Tiki Masala, so I ordered it with lamb and my tastebuds will never be the same! So delicious! I’m sitting here after finishing my garlic naan and I’ve ordered another to bring to my wife so she can try it with the tiki masala. As I sit, my mouth is still coated with the delicious flavors of the meal! I wish I lived closer.“

“Love this place. Not much to look at inside but great food. Combo of Mexican and Indian food. I have had the burritos, tacos, quesadillas, french fries, samosas with yummy sauces, and chicken tiki masala (available on weekends) and have never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable too.“

“Today, my father and I were first time visitors to Chaat Bistro. We absolutely loved the food which was seasoned beautifully with delicious flavors! Bindu was so knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly during our visit. With her help, I decided to order the mango lamb curry and dad ordered the Malai Paneer. We were impressed with Bindu’s recommendations! Jass was also a delight in service. With his recommendation, we tried the Kheer for dessert. It was sweet, light and tasty! All in all, the atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is colorful and flavorful, and the space is clean and neat. “I don't even know what to say about Namaste foods other than I've never had anything that I didn't like from there. the food tastes wonderful. I was just at Sac Yard brewing where your truck was and had the samosas and the butter chicken fries and everything was hot fresh and tasty. the food is very gourmet tasting. fresh, hot and very well prepared!! I actually like it better than some of the fine establishments I've been to here locally. that's the best I can say to describe this truck. in this day and age of restaurants not seeming to care about their product this is a welcomed port in the proverbial storm! thank you Namaste Foods for caring! ❤️“

“Food was delicious and authentic. Spices were on point, chicken was tender and juicy, samosas were spiced with great thought and care. Presentation was delightful. Interior was a bit clashy since it had look of old location mixed with new designs. Seats looked like they came from a wedding. Chandelier was missing 3-4 beads so looked off-putting. Window curtains were too flashy would be better with rolling blinds. Decorations did not have an appeal. A mural done by a local middle eastern college student could really showcase better. Wood paneling needs to go along with booths since they looked old and worn-down. Buffet food looked delicious, but needs a sneeze guard. Cashier table was in the back with unused buffet area and too much cluttering of tables. Dirty dishes in a tub should never be visible or left next to buffet. Salad should be on top of a bed of ice to ensure temp. Clutter at cash register needs to be out of sight. Spiced tea was delicious along with serving of water. Floor was clean though could use a buffering. Wiring visible and signs old and not mounted properly. Foiled upper design was interesting. 3 TV's mounted that were too close together and not being used. Lights changing too fast and blinking giving more of a party vibe than a restaurant. Beautiful couch but with leg missing in a corner was not necessary. Speakers should be put away until their use. Lots of improvement needed for front interior, but with the food being delicious and mouthwatering, I will definitely come back hungry for more.“

Shame on them. It is very difficult to run a Restaurant or any other businesses. The customers would have said something to them first. There is no business that would just want you to leave. They opened up a new Business place to grow their business to service customers, No business wants to turn customers away.
