“Awesome fresh coffee alevery day. New super tasty drinks always being featured... like the honey and lavender latte 😍. The dulce latte is so perfect to start the day. Not too sweet but the perfect caffeine pick me up! The cranberry orange scones are to die for... and the morning crew is always friendly and FAST to whip out your drink!“

“Thr Cherry Bean is a cool little spot on Main St, in oldtown Salinas. They display local artists' artwork on their walls, have a cozy reading corner, and plenty of seating. It is a fairly quiet café perfect for conversing with friends. The menu's got a wide selection of teas which are served chilled or hot. They offer lattes and coffees as well, some inspired by Mexican flavors and drinks common in town. The staff is so-so.“

“Alright let me tell you i went here with my wife because we love the nob hills donuts but never bothered getting coffee at Peet's and it was a game changer first of all the lady that attended us was so nice, but i have never tried auch a good macchiato with caramel in my life brought me back to my tias coffee shop down south where she makes homemade style coffees. “Winchell's Donut House is my absolute go-to spot whenever I’m craving donuts because, quite simply, they have the best donuts in town. Their selection is always fresh, and the variety they offer is fantastic. From classic glazed donuts to more unique flavors, every donut I've tried there has been consistently delicious. The dough is always soft and fluffy, with the perfect amount of sweetness, and the fillings and toppings are just right, making each bite a real treat.
However, as much as I love their donuts, there's one thing that consistently detracts from the experience: the flies. Every time I visit, I notice an unsettling number of flies buzzing around the store. It’s disappointing because the quality of the donuts is top-notch, but the presence of flies makes the environment less than ideal. I understand that it can be difficult to control, especially in a place where food is constantly on display, but it’s something that really stands out and affects the overall experience.
It’s a shame because Winchell's has so much going for it—the friendly staff, the amazing donuts, and the convenient location—but the flies are a significant drawback. I still go back for the donuts because they’re that good, but I find myself wishing they would take more steps to address the issue. Maybe improved cleanliness practices or better fly control methods could make a difference.
In the end, I highly recommend Winchell's Donut House for anyone looking for delicious donuts, but be aware that the atmosphere might not be the most pleasant due to the flies. I hope they can find a way to resolve this, because without that issue, Winchell’s would easily be the best donut shop around, bar none.“
“Each time I've been to this Starbucks, I've been greeted and as I waited for my drink I noticed that they made sure everyone that walks in and walks out is greeted as well. It's great to see that the staff is in good spirits when getting your morning coffee.“

You can tell you are drinking quality coffee from this place and even better it is affordable. Had an iced pistachio latte, tasted way better than Starbucks.“
“Just your average Starbucks, with the standard menu and friendly staff.The atmosphere is a bit lacking in that they only offer 3 small tables, with 6 chairs total in the entire shop. So climate controlled seating is very limited.Mobile orders do seem to take quite a while at this particular location.I was once waiting for nearly a half hour, just for a regular cup of drip coffee.Thankfully, I haven't encountered such a long wait time since.Other than that, meh... it's ok.“
