“Liholiho is a fantastic restaurant! The space is modern and beautifully designed, with an open kitchen where you can watch everything being prepared, which adds a lot of energy and transparency to the dining experience.

The service was very friendly, attentive, and quick. The cocktails were excellent, and even the non-alcoholic one I ordered was made with care and tasted great.

The food was outstanding. The bun with beef tongue was extraordinary, the tuna tartare and ceviche were perfectly balanced and fresh, and the shrimps with crispy rice were especially memorable. All dishes showed creativity, originality, and were prepared with high quality ingredients.

For three people, including first and main courses, drinks, and one dessert, the bill came to $260, which I found fair for this level of quality. The only minus point is that the restaurant does not offer coffee, which would have been a nice way to finish the meal.

Overall, I really enjoyed everything at Liholiho. Highly recommended, and I hope I will get to return again!“

“There’s something magical about this bar and I just kept going back to it in the 2 months I stayed in SF. Def my fav bar in the area. They have such creative menu of cocktails and update the menu every 6 months. Super busy on Friday and weekend nights but bartenders make sure you’re taken care of. Just need a little time for them to get to you. Fun vibe and just so good drinks. Outdoor seating is pretty nice.“

“7 Adams is a great restaurant for European cuisine suitable for any occasions. It is a little bit tightly seated but the crowd wasn’t too loud. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food is well proportioned and balanced. Pacing of food is perfect. Never a moment did I feel like I was hanging and bored. My favorite dish is the halibut, which was tender and goes really well with the sauce. Dessert was just ok but I am not a dessert person anyways.“

“This place is a gem. It's near to Union square, the cable cars, and munno. It's walking distance to some great places like Chinatown and Salesforce Park. The staff went above and beyond for my birthday trip: handwritten wishes, free cappuccino with my breakfast, and lots of verbal birthday wishes. The shower is great temperature and pressure. “I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. I am a business owner a few doors down and I wandered in with a friend after work one night about a month ago. We were met with such incredible warmth from the staff and the environment itself, even without a reservation. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Josh, only to find out later that he is the owner. He made excellent recommendations on everything from our drinks to dessert. The bar didn’t feel isolated from the rest of the restaurant and guests, but rather was lively hub frequented by kitchen and serving staff and warmed by a smoldering wood fire. The coziest. We swooned for the poke appetizer, complete with house-made toasted, but not crisp, blue corn tortillas. The pork shoulder tacos—also to die for. I have to say though, that the star on the sidelines was the beans. I honestly didn’t know I could feel this way about beans…but I digress. Josh bounced around from table to table all night, never letting a single ball drop, making every guest feel like *his* guest. A pot de crème sealed the evening in perfect bliss. I’m back a month later with the same friend, eating different and somehow even more incredible entrees: ribeye, halibut and a rhubarb crisp for dessert. I scarcely ever take the time to write a review as I prefer to vote with my $ and my feet, but I simply couldn’t eat here again without taking the time to sing it’s praises. Eat here.“

“I have frequented other RHs before, but had not been to RH The Palm Court San Francisco, and I must say it was phenomenal! Although it was a lunch visit, there is nothing better than good company, sensational food (had truffle and regular fries, vegetable salad and kale caesar salad both with grilled shrimp, choc chip cookies accompanied with raspberry sorbet and vanilla ice cream; but were seasonly saddened no gelato), Joe (our server) was so kind, professional and proactively efficient, and the ambience that provides the entire dining experience like someone has hugged you, or the surroundings just make you happy and content. This RH The Palm Court does that! I have been debating having my 65th birthday at RH at the round table that seats 14 people. Hmmm... we will see if that is feasible. Until that decision is made, thank you, and we WILL be back again!“

We all had the 5-course tasting menu, and added on extras (focaccia - deelish; A5 dumplings, okay) They accommodated my wifes allium allergy incredibly - although they said they would just not sauce her plates...they actually subbed in two dishes completely, to her great enjoyment as the replacements were right up her fresh vegetable alley. Pastas were really really really good. Great flavor but not overpowering. Sea bass sublime. Desserts were straightforward but excellent. Wine pairings were really really solid - with the GSM and muscato our favorites. Our server was gracious but started out a bit preoccupied. They forgot to bring our our uni creme brulee, but were very gracious in comping it later (a must order) and comping sparkling wine and extra end of the night dessert wine, which was amazing. So in the end the service really came through - overall a memorable and super fun dinner in a casually elegant atmosphere in a really interesting location!“

Parking: It’s on 20th street so not impossible but keep your eyes open spots get taken fast

“I recently celebrated my birthday at Kiln SF, and it was truly unforgettable. We indulged in their 20-course tasting menu, which was a culinary journey from start to finish. Each course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully explained, and absolutely delicious; an experience that went far beyond just a meal.

What really stood out was the level of detail and personalization. At the end of the evening, the staff surprised me with a Polaroid photo of my husband and I, and a customized menu with our name’s and celebration printed on it. It felt so special and added such a personal touch to the celebration.

The atmosphere was intimate yet lively, with Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, Kid Cudi, and similar artists playing softly in the background, creating such a cool and personal vibe that elevated the entire evening. The service was impeccable, and every bite showcased the creativity and passion of the kitchen. Kiln SF exceeded all expectations and made my birthday feel incredibly memorable.

“The food was excellent, the portions were right-sized. I personally don't value all the extra sweets that are offered free at the end of the meal. They feel unnecessary when we've already had dessert and I find them annoying, as if the restaurant were demanding attention like small children sometimes do. Our server was friendly, but she seemed brand new and had trouble answering questions about the menu, though she did get answers and came back to tell us.“

“My friend and I decided to try to be on the go for lunch since we’ve had B patisserie before. We shared a sandwich and ordered a soup. The tomato soup was super salty to the point. It was uncomfortable to swallow so I asked the cashier if we could have another bowl but he said no the salt is pre-mixed already he offered to refund us for the soup, which I thought was very kind of him. We had the pork sandwich and it was so good not only was the meat good but the bread was soft soft and warm. Although though I was disappointed, I didn’t have my soup. I’m sure it’s pretty good except it was just overly salted. Will be back for more food next time.“
