“A very cozy place in the financial district. Even though we went on a weekend, there were still a lot of people working there. Their pour over coffee is reasonably priced and they also provide coffee beans in the shop. I like the paintings they have inside. The coffee also comes with a postcard telling us where the coffee beans come from and the history, which I think is very nice. If you like coffee, I recommend giving this place a try.“

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“Beautiful cakes and amazing drinks!

Starting off with the drinks, I had the Iced Matcha Latte, Iced Hojicha Latte, and Iced Salted Egg Yolk Latte. The matcha was a nice, vibrant green and tasted lightly sweet. The hojicha also tasted high quality; rich and nutty. Lastly, the salted egg yolk latte was intriguing that we had to try it. Needless to say, it was such a great latte and nothing like I've ever tried before. I highly recommend it!

We tried 3 cakes: pandan and coconut chiffon, caramel biscoff cookie mille crepe and corn basque cheesecake. The pandas coconut chiffon was light and you can individually taste all the flavors in the cake. The biscoff crepe was rich and sweet; highly recommend this to biscoff cookie lovers. The center cheesecake blew our minds away. The corn mixed in the cheesecake was truly superb and the whipped cream was infused in the corn flavor as well. Our last pick but ended up being our favorite out of all the cakes. I'd love to try the Milo Mille Crepe next time!

There are actually more seatings inside if you keep walking towards the back. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Such a gem here in the sunset!“

“We had the apple cinnamon vegan donut with the mint lavender oatmilk latte and it was FABULOUS. Such a soft and airy dough, with little pieces of crunchy apple inside. I’m glad we found this place on our last day, for I would have eaten way more donuts than I should otherwise!“

“I come here regularly for the ube mochi croissant, but recently I ordered a custom cake for my friend's birthday. The owners were super accommodating and allowed me to customize to any flavor that I wanted.

We ended up going with a chocolate cake with earl grey cream cheese filling that was super moist and delicious, looked way better than the inspiration photo of what I wanted. Super happy with how it turned out.“

Be a fiend to your pancreas. Look at all those pastries! Let me count my Weigh...screw it. Pastry cream is my friend.

Be greedy. Eat and eat and eat. And, what is that one? Can I have one of those too? Eat more. When only one pie is left, don't say "you can have it" to the next person in line...give them some credit, they wouldnt have said it either.

Be spoiled. Never eat a Frenchish dessert at anything less than a Michelin listed restaurant ever again.

Be obnoxious. Tell all your friends "this is okay, but I know this Fren...". Watch their eyes roll. Roll your own eyes at their lava cakes and sacher tortes.

Be cold. It's the outer Richmond / Land's End region. Brrrrrrr.

Be glad you read this review now. The French Riviera is calling, and aint no one getting any younger, you know.

Minus one star for errant golf balls landing in the chocolate mousse. Fore!

“Gabby and her team at Cake Coquette made our wedding cake, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Not only was it absolutely delicious, but she also brought our vision to life beautifully. Gabby was a joy to work with, and our friends and family are still talking about how much they loved the cake!

“We did a five-course, intimate, dessert tasting at Bellaria. Every item was hand-crafted, thoughtful, innovative, and delicious. It started off with savory bites before moving into the main attractions. Our party absolutely loved the Mandarin and White Tea dish with seabuckthorn and tonka. The Pear Tatin Roulade and Souffle Bread Pudding were expertly crafted and technically impressive. The Chocolate dish at the end was the perfect bite to end the meal. And everything (besides the caviar) was vegan!I can't wait to see what else comes out of this innovative dessert studio. The space is small so you'll have to sign up in advance for the tasting, but it makes it intimate and homey. It makes a great date night!“

“Quaint understated local bakery. We came for the savories and we're quite delighted! We had a cheddar chive that made me a believer, first scone I've ever liked in my entire many decades of existence! :-) Not to dry, not sweet and very flavorful. The croissant was among the top, and even the dinner roll delectable! The treat worthy of the visit. Didn't try this week but they certainly look scrumptuous 💯❣️ Service staff helpful and friendly and efficient. What more can one ask of a bakery :-)“
