“Solid 4 stars - no complaints. If you're driving and need to park, there is a lot off Letterman which requires you to check in with a gate attendant. Just let them know you're going to Starbucks and they'll wave you in. There is no charge for parking; however, I wouldn't spend too much time. Just pick up your coffee, linger for about 10 minutes, and go. LOL“

She is wonderful not only for the quality of her impeccable matcha latte, but for the wonderful warmth and quality of Dani's customer service! Hey Starbucks team! You should use this girl as a model of leadership and example! Don't let her beauty and friendliness distract you, Dani is young, but her leadership stands out, she knows how to manage with kidness and above all excellence her brilliant work. “This is a great Starbucks! In my experience the service has been very friendly and professional as well as quick, even in busy times. There are seats and cheerful lighting. My drink is always made delicious and correct. The vanilla bean custard snack is also so good! Thank you!“
“At first glance, this is a really cozy Starbucks, with a simple but cool interior. The staff are friendly and welcoming. However, this place is also a bit of a hotspot for the homeless. While we were sitting there, almost more homeless people came in asking for water than customers came in. For this reason, the toilets were also not very nice, as they were used for other than toilet visits.“

“I came here on a hot day, I was in the area where I was in need of a refresher to cool me down. Upon arrival, the interior was dim and the air conditioning was on which felt so good. I was greeted by their very welcoming, well trained and understanding staffs which made my visit a satisfying and memorable one. The shop itself was very clean for a Starbucks. They offer many kinds of coffee, lattes, refreshing drinks, Frappuccinos, snacks, sandwiches, pastries and much more to choose from. All the drinks are made to order which is always a plus for me, because I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I would have to say having a Starbucks here is a win, because it is on a Main Street and it is always someone’s craving. I highly recommend this place to all coffee enthusiasts, if you are in need of a quick bite, or to anyone looking for a laid back place to hangout at or to get some work done. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious/refreshing options they have to offer.“

“Of course it was five stars it's a Starbucks. They're all alone. Although this one is in a grocery store. That's okay. Google maps had a little trouble telling me exactly where it is though because it said I had a ride then I looked there and I didn't see it but I didn't see a Starbucks and I'll figure it out maybe I better go check out Safeway and see if there's a Starbucks there there and sure enough there it was.“
“Located on the 4th floor in Macy's. You'll be lucky if you get a window seat and enjoy your coffee while looking out over Union Square.
The Strawberry Matcha Strato Frappuccino I had was delicious. And it was my first time here, but I like how they don't leave out the drinks for mobile order. Just in case another customer accidentally takes it. I did a mobile order as soon as I saw a long line. I'm glad to see they're using clear cups, I can't stand Frappuccinos in paper cups.
I initially wanted to order my drink at the Starbucks near the Lions Gate by Chinatown, but I didn't know they closed.
Overall, I had a great experience and hopefully I get a seat by the windows.“

“One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks has been with the manager, Keith. He makes it a point to keep his team and customers happy no matter which store he manages and it’s hard not to frequent the cafes that has the Keith effect. What do I mean about the Keith effect? Your name is learned by the second visit and your usual order is already being made the moment you step into the store. You find yourself becoming friends with other regular customers because Keith initiates conversations on your behalf. Keith builds a community and Starbucks is lucky to have him as a leader.“

I come here very often to this location on Irving and 19th whenever the Starbucks on 5455 Geary Blvd 😠(near my place of work-construction) run out of coffee travelers (very often 😠) especially early in the morning around 8am on the weekdays.“

“This Starbucks location is very impressive. I've been going through a lot in my life and the atmosphere is very uplifting for me and they are very friendly and accommodating to me. I feel like this is a very judge free zone. I highly recommend this location for anyone. Great place. The staff even when they're not helping customers sound very happy and carry themselves with a great attitude.“
“I got two mocha cookie crumble frappachinos made with oat milk. They were good but didn't have that much cookie crumble in them. They didn't ask for my name so we were just waiting pointlessly and our drinks were on the counter. I could not use my digital coupon because the Internet was blocked because of the building and they did not offer WiFi. There were places to sit down on uncomfortable chairs and bar stools. The staff were friendly and patient but do not try to use your digital wallet here because it won't work.“
“I ordered a Raspberry Foam Cold Brew and it's definitely one of my favorite flavor combinations with the blending of sweet and bitter. The location itself is large and open with an industrial aesthetic which is pretty standard and on trend at the moment. The wait for my coffee was kind of crazy though (15 min) and this location is the closest to me but it would take a solid 20-30 minutes to walk there. There used to be a Starbucks 5 minutes away, but they closed it, along with another location in the neighborhood, and I rarely go to Starbucks anymore as a result. It's disappointing, but I'm learning to like Peet's.“

“I was there back in 2022. It was early in the morning, everything was closed. My phone almost dead, no maps no nothing in that city, I stumbled upon this Starbucks on King st. And I had a pleasure of meeting one of the sweetest souls ever. I do not remember the name of the barista, unfortunately. I was genuinely amazed by their vibes and just had this sudden urge to give them a compliment, and I did. And I thought nothing much of it. But then when I took my card out to pay for the hot chocolate they said “It’s on me”. I did not expect it, and It was one of the sweetest memory of that whole trip. They were the first person i interacted with in San Francisco, and it definitely gave a great start to the trip. “I work here. We try our best for the nonstop lines that we get all day. We don't receive tips like normal Starbucks so it kinda wears down on our energy. So if you come in with a positive attitude and remember to say thank u it really makes our day. We don't ask for much but patience and gratitude. “It’s Starbucks what can I say. Unfortunately they can’t hold on to good employees because the cost of living in this area is so high. “The baristas are focused and friendly, and I can tell they work hard and run a tight ship here.
The space is just about perfect for long study sessions if you can snag a large table. They should offer more tables of a larger size/rectangle shape. There are lots of outlets, even USB ports which I rarely ever see but need often.
I seriously love that this Starbucks gives me a ceramic mug when I order for-here. They even gave me a free tea, served in a mug, when I tried to purchase a second cup!
I wish I could point the lights in a different direction so I don't get as much glare when I work at the bench tables, but, they'd need a ladder. Overall though the lighting is nice and warm toned and I can still sit for hours working on my laptop. Very cozy in here especially at the cushiony benches and tables by the window.
Thanks to the staff for being so chill (and letting me study here for many many hours,) it really makes a positive difference!“
