“This restaurant brought me right back to my time in Mexico. The whole neighborhood and the atmosphere inside felt authentic, with the super friendly service and the elderly gentleman strolling around.

The food was delicious, the fajitas tasted so authentic, just like in some of the best restaurants I visited in Mexico. Prices are at California levels but still fair for the quality.

“I didn't know about this place until I did a deep dive on Reddit. This little hole in the wall is probably one of the best Mexican restaurants that I have ever been to. Being open since 1986, they know their way around a birria. I ordered a birria chivo burrito and I had to take breaks between bites to appreciate the flavor. I even thought about the food on the drive home. Even as I'm writing this, I crave another burrito. I ordered a carne asada burrito to take home, and even that was superb.“

“After attending a show in Hoover theater we were very hungry and this was the nearest open restaurant so we decided to give it a try.
I didn't check the menu beforehand and I was worried whether or not I will get any vegetarian options. I was pleasantly surprised to see a vegetarian section in their menu. I had vegetarian taco and toastada. Food was good!
My husband tried super taco with pollo and a fish taco, he like both.

I was looking for lunch while dropping my mom off on errands and found this place online. It has good reviews so I wanted to check it out. I’m glad I did because the food is so good!

I got an al pastor super burrito and they loaded it up. The meat and fillings were well seasoned and they’re very generous with the guacamole in it. Highly recommend!

The store is cute and has a lot of offering available. There’s pan dulce, the usual taqueria things, and even chicharrón they make in house. Definitely want to check it out again.“

“This place never disappoints!!! The food is so good. The pastor taco and beef tamale are the best I’ve ever had - given my decades of eating Mexican food. The tacos come with grilled veggies and onions and a roasted jalapeños on the side.
