“I had the chicken shawarma platter. Everything was amazing cooked to perfection. Service was immaculate. I’ve had some of the best shawarmas growing up in the Middle East and this comes very close. If I was close by I would definitely come back more often.“

“Friendly staff and the hottest one almost killed me but I signed the waiver just a word of advice don't do it get the normal regular hot 🔥. I took it togo and was driving when I decided to take a bite and I almost had an accident looking for a place to get something to drink. Felt like hot coals lava the hottest thing you can think of I ran into a seven 11 and ran straight to the water section and didn't even pay for the bottle I grabbed and started drinking I was hunched over swatting and crying for a few minutes before heading to the line to pay for the water. Please please the hottest one is not edible. In my opinion but feel free to experience on your own if you must. Peace ✌️

“Amazing kebabs for a great price! For $18 you get enough for two people with leftovers. We tried the chicken and the lamb and they were both amazing. The kebabs come with a large serving of delicious rice, a pita, a cooked tomato and a salad.

Takes about 20 minutes to come out and there is no seating inside, but it was completely worth the wait!“

“When I search for a burrito I’m looking for the biggest messiest flavor packed burrito I can find—Casa Maria’s birria burrito had me on the floor. I went back the next day for the shredded chicken and it was quality meat soaked in a delicious sauce. The spicy salsa was thick, spicy, and amazing. They do not skimp here. They are also friendly and clean. Impressed all around. Don’t hesitate, eat here.“

“It was my first time here, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We ordered a variety of dishes, including dhai bata dev puri, tandoori chicken, butter chicken, kulchas (onion and paneer), chole masala, and kadai paneer. The service was excellent, and the food was simply amazing. The meat was tender and flavorful, while the chaat was a delightful burst of taste. The kulchas were soft and fluffy, and the butter chicken was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. Overall, we had a fantastic dining experience.“

“The restaurant itself is not in the best location, and the interior and bathroom isn't the best. But we went in and were welcomed so warmly for dinner when the place wasn't busy. We got the chicken biryani, garlic naan, and chicken tikka masala. The biryani is one of the best I have ever had in the US and the garlic naan was perfect and fluffy but crispy. The chicken tikka masala was creamy, not overcooked, and well seasoned. The best Indian restaurant we went to in East Bay. Would come again.“

The food smelled amazing, and with the very first bites I was instantly reminded of the Halwa Puri from Burns Road I loved as a child. “Tried it for the first time yesterday. We’ve walked by many times during lunch, thinking it was just another fast food chicken place…..finally gave it a try. It was excellent and staff was friendly. Chicken was fresh and crispy. They have many spice levels to choose from. Medium was plenty hot for me. The chicken tender was great, but the sliders were even better. Totally recommend this place!“

“I've been buying pizza here for 13 years and continue to drive there from Oakland even after leaving Alameda 10 years ago. Tough to find a better pizza because it is always fresh, hot, fairly priced, and the crust is so good. I love the garlic chicken and garlic supreme the most. They don't skimp on toppings and the dough is just delicious. The guys are always super nice and if there was one in North Oakland I would probably eat there once a week so it's probably better that I have to drive out. Haha!“

“I intend to be forthright with you regarding this restaurant. It is a pleasant place, with excellent prices, respectful staff, and a distinct taste. I do not mean my own personal taste, but rather the approach of the chief. , They are indeed simple people, and I would not hesitate to return if I have the opportunity. “I ordered the Quoroti I haven't had Afghan food before and was thoroughly surprised by the taste of the yogurt. The softness of the bread and the spiciness of the hot sauce. The portions were very generous for $8 and 95 sense. There was so much left over. I couldn't even finish it. The customer service was great and was very Friendly. But not very many places to sit. Because it's part restaurant part convenience store. But they are one of the only restaurants that you can sit down at and have access to an electrical outlet.“

I had the brisket and dino ribs, with slaw salad and potato salad on the side.
First of all, I would never in my life order potato salad—but this potato salad is so good I could eat it as a meal! (In fact, I actually had it for breakfast the next morning.)
The slaw salad was fresh and zesty. I loved the dressing, the peanuts, and of course the pineapple.
The brisket melts in your mouth, and the dino ribs were packed with flavor. Honestly, the meat was absolute perfection.
We got a burger to go (very kind lady at the counter!)
The seating is casual, which really matches the kind of food you just want to devour without a second thought.

“I bought the oyster combo with DoorDash and I absolutely loved the deep fried oysters. The fried breading was very tasty and the oysters tasted like they were cooked just right.

I chose potato salad for the side, I liked it, however, I do not know if they make it fresh.

The combo also comes with a Shasta brand soda, but cola and lemon lime are the only offered flavors.

“Our kids really wanna try food here as they have seen the menu and pictures. Finally we manage to go on her birthday to celebrate with family and friends . We had Mango lassi, pani puri , samosa, chicken Momo, Briyani, paneer lababda, muglai chicken, butter naan, butter chicken,jeera rice ,Chicken Briyani, tres lache cake and lal Mohan with ice cream . Of course gentlemen had wine 🍷 too.All the food were yummy , desent portion . I was expecting 8 pieces of Momo but it was only 5. Shout out to Briyani . It was yummy . Do visit this place . I bet you won’t regret.“

“Excellent food- Visting from Chicago, and we have 100s of halal restaurants but nothing compares to this Authentic Chinese restaurant. Options for both spicy and non spicy. Large menu, but I would say, stick with basics for your first time. I don’t usually give reviews but this was actually very good.
