Well baked, not too sweet, great flavor combinations. 10/10 would recommend the Bake Sum box. “I signed up for my daughter and her dad to attend Macaroon class. Both came back with delicious macaroon and shared their enjoyment experience during the class. Next day, they tried baking Macaroon on their own. Even without having all the proper equipment, they were able to make the Macaroon very soft and delicious. Thank you, Natalie, for having my daughter and her dad in class. The cost for the class is fair ($85/person). I know a lot of people are interested in joining your class. The only issue is the distance is too far from their homes. I wish you will offer more variety of classes throughout the year.“

They were so nice when I had placed my order over the phone and told me to just pay when I pick up my order. They didn't even care for me to pay first before they do my order. “I am lucky enough to work with Victor’s mom and once in a while she brings Victor’s cheesecake to work and then I lose my mind! I don’t know if I can find the right words in the English language to do them justice but here it goes! Victor’s cheesecakes are like a cheesecake became the queen of England but it never lost its cool and warmth of a regular person! You still have the cheesecake, the smooth cheese taste and texture we all love but then the cheesecake gets so refined by the flavors that it comes in that you just have to stop after every bite and really taste the bouquet of flavor and sweetness that just makes you sit down and really enjoy it! The hotlink croissant and turkey jalapeño cheese croissant are huge and the best in town. If you want the best and most fresh baked good this is the spot“

I got a few different things: concha’s, cookies and corner sponge cake. The corner sponge cake I am sure that’s not its actual name but that’s my to go Mexican bakery item. It’s was delicious. The perfect combination of sweetness and freshness. Not dry at all spongee and hits the sugar craving needs without over powered sweetness. Will come back.
