“Checked out Field Day Coffee with a friend today. Space was utilized well as a coffee shop. Open and airy throughout the inside portion of the coffee shop. Ample outdoor seat which was a bonus, and just as the sun came out on our visit. Coffee was delicious and made to order correctly on the first time. I shared a Brown Butter cookie with my friend and it was Delicious. Pricing is fare and coffee tasted much better than other big brand coffee chains. Definitely recommend field day coffee if your visiting SLO. 👍“

“My partner and I have come in a few times now and have loved all their different smoothies! They're filling and flavorful without feeling too heavy or overly sweet. The ladies working here are always so sweet and even offered us a freebie sample of one of their energy refreshers. Will be back! :)“

“I love Lucy’s!!! The baristas working there are always so sweet. The drinks and food are delicious, and my favorite is the avocado toast. Sit outside or in, the vibe is equally fun and comfy. Sitting outside on a nice sunny day is great with their picnic tables:) Highly recommend!“

“This place is a local favorite! The photos are of the oreo bing soo shaved ice. It was absolutely amazing, not too sweet, but just enough. Love it, and I can't wait to try more. My kid loves to order the Taiyaki with chocolate... yuuuummmmm. I've tried the iced matcha latte, and it did not disappoint. I needed a pick me up one day and tried the Dalgona Iced coffee - perfectly made, the pick me up I needed.“

“We love Scout Coffee. Always excellent. We normally order cappuccinos, but we tried their Vanilla Bean Lattes this morning with a pistachio shortbread cookie that we shared. They make their own syrups. It was delicious. Our favorite is still their cappuccinos, because you get the true robust coffee flavor. This coffee shop is a hub for morning people—great atmosphere—one of a kind ambiance.“

“I came on a Sunday morning around 9:45am. The cappuccino and chocolate chip cookie I had were delicious! Service was good, and baristas were friendly and accommodating. It was quite empty, so the environment was peaceful. Not sure why it was empty, because the coffee is awesome!“

I usually get the Croissandwich, a big croissant with eggs, cheese, onions, tomato and avocado, hold the tomato for me. It’s a big sandwich. They may use up to three eggs.

A customer came in and demonstrated distress and confusion. Braidon showed respect and dignity even as they became reactionary and objective in the conversation. “A nearby Starbucks was closed so I came here instead. Unfortunately this place was PACKED, lots of people waiting for their orders, only 3 people behind the counter, seemed like one was in training. Jon immediately welcome every customer in anyway, he asked how your day was going while packing other order and seemed to be a master of doing 10 things at once while keeping the focus on the customer. 10/10 made my day better and made my experience pleasant in what could have easily been irritating and frustrating.“
