One place in particular is Pacific Point which offers high top seating, bar seating, and a very comfortable outdoor space as well. Our server was accommodating, answered any and all questions, and checked on us frequently. Definitely a great spot if you are looking for an amazing meal and service.“

“I recently went to Sago and honestly loved the whole experience. The vibe was very tropical Tulum-inspired super cute, aesthetic, and perfect for a cute date, night out with girls or content spot!
We tried a few dishes and everything was so good:

The kimchi marble potatoes were crispy and flavorful with the cilantro, chimichurri, and chive crema (definitely one of my favorites). The cucumber salad was really fresh and light with a nice kick from the serrano and ponzu. We also had the hamachi ceviche, which tasted super fresh, and the Japanese fried chicken with chive kaluga caviar which was crispy, juicy, and just a really fun, unique dish.

The drinks were also super refreshing and slightly tropical, perfect with the food.

Overall, the atmosphere, presentation, and flavors were all on point. Such a cute Encinitas spot and I’ll definitely be back to try more.“

“We have gone here a few times and the food was good although today it came to us some of it warm and hash browns cold maybe it sat too long waiting for servers. What I noticed the servers were talking and walking around without paying attention to the food nor asking customers. Maybe they were told not to bother customers?
The servers are always nice but they need to check on customers as a few customers had to get up and ask for things. Just a tip when dropping off the food please go back and ask customers if they need other things and keep checking on them.
The service is slow and takes away from the good food and nice servers.“

We both got a glass of wine, and although the moscato wasn’t my favorite, they did an incredible job and switched it out for a Chardonnay. Wow. I honestly walked in expecting a good Indian restaurant… but what I found was something completely different. This place isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a full-blown lounge with style.

First thing you notice is the vibe. Beautiful Tiffany-colored interior, elegant lighting, and a stunning marble bar that looks like it belongs in some high-end lounge in London or Dubai. Very classy, very comfortable, very cool.

But wait… it gets better.

POOL TABLES!
And not just decoration — actual playable tables. $1 a game! I nearly fell off my chair. I haven’t played in ages. When I was younger I used to be pretty serious about pool, so naturally I had to grab a cue and see if I still had the magic. Let’s just say… the spirit is still there, even if the aim needs a little polishing.

They even run pool tournaments on Saturdays, which is amazing. So now suddenly dinner can turn into a little friendly competition. I’m already planning my comeback tour.

Now about the food — absolutely authentic and delicious. Real Indian flavors, beautifully presented, rich spices, and clearly prepared with care. Everything we tried was excellent and I’m already planning my next visit because I have to try the lamb. I’ve heard it’s fantastic.

A special thank-you to Sky, the lady boss of this place. She is super friendly, incredibly polite, and very professional. You can immediately tell she knows the cuisine inside and out. She explained dishes, made recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Hospitality like that makes a huge difference.

“This restaurant has it all. The food is excellent with the best flavors of Mexico's finest dining experiences. The vegan options are delicious, not just an afterthought as is usually the case in so many restaurants. I had the Caldo de Piedra which is a very flavorful seafood soup and which wasn't overly spicy but just spicy enough. It had a wide variety of the freshest seafood, and was brought out in a steaming rock bowl. A chef made our guacamole right by our table side with the freshest ingredients, and then they handed us the best, tasty, house-made tortilla chips. That was a unique and creative experience. Our main server, Christian, was attentive and charming. The whole evening was outstanding.“

The food was excellent as well-the only exception might be the funfetti pancakes, which were a little sweet. My one BIG complaint was the LOUD MUSIC, especially the THUMPING BASS. I asked several times if they could turn down the volume, but no luck. I want to preserve my hearing, and for that reason I will not dine here again.“
