“Tried this spot on a Saturday before driving down to SD. We got a chai latte and strawberry scone. Both were delicious. I am not big on scones, however, the nice young lady at the counter let me know they are made in house by the owner. No joke, had to be one of the BEST scones I’ve ever eaten. Wow! Ambiance is nice too. A must try cafe in San Marcos.“

Ruby was working and from the moment I walked in she was super friendly, helped me figure out what drink I wanted, and even walked it over to me when she noticed I was working with headphones in. Every time I saw her interacting with anyone it was super friendly and with a smile! She definitely created a very kind and sociable atmosphere. Had to give her a shout out!“

“New location that isn't busy in my experience. Order came out quickly and accurately and I was greeted when walking in. They even grouped my 2 orders together (due to an issue with the app) which is what I wanted. Food could be a little warmer though so have to take a star off for that.

Parking: Parking lot is on the smaller side but this location is not busy for some reason.“
