“Fast service, pho delish. Spring rolls were lacking; half shrimp pieces rice noodle lettuce, that's it. I've had better, but the peanut sauce at least was good. Had to go outside and look at the window display to see what boba tea were offered. If go back for the pho but but the spring rolls.“

She gave amazing recommendations and made the whole experience feel even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to with reasonable prices.“

“Ever since they have hired a new General Manager the staff has been great! Fast and helpful, still room for improvement but so much better then when it first opened. The Manager keeps things moving and is super friendly! I went at lunch and got through the line pretty fast and didn’t have to wait for anything.“

I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.

Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90

The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.

Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“

“Have always had a great experience at The Money Pit; except for today (10/28/24). My wife and I stopped for lunch and ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. At the time of ordering your employee gave me a to-go carrier for the two drinks, and I told her that we were eating at the Money Pit. She gave me two cups for the drinks. I paid the bill of $20.04 with cash, and she gave me my change. She seemed very put out that I was not taking the drinks and food out. Anyway, when they brought the meal, there were 3 hamburgers, not 2. I said I ordered 2 and she basically told me I was lying and walked away. If you get a server about 30-35 years old, 5'4" tall, with glasses at the Money Pit expect to be treated in a rude matter. Never happened to me in the past (over 10 years of eating there), and I hope you don't have to deal with this employee.“

“I travel to this area for work and after working 14 hours or more, a bowl of pho is exactly what I need. I found this place on my first work trip and now I visit every time. I absolutely love the #10-rare steak and tripe pho. I also get shrimp only spring rolls. Everything is ready quickly, and tastes amazing. The restaurant itself is clean and relaxing. Service is fast and responsive. I'll always come back on my work trips!“

“It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12. This is the Vista location. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.“

It was pouring rain, the only way to park in the restaurant parking lot was to valet, otherwise you have to park on the street or further away in another parking lot. The food, service and view was excellent. I couldn't help but to notice how stained the dining chairs were and the tables looked worn and tired. It's too bad the management doesn't see this and address it. The prices are very reasonable, it's worth a try if you love fresh Italian cuisine.“

I like the green the best. I lived in AZ years ago. went back home to upstate NY. there is no place near me that even comes close. “I am a Thai connoisseur. Specifically curries. Even more specifically green curry. Thai Thai makes an excellent green curry. It's one of the better ones I've had in the San Diego area. It has eggplant in it, which in my opinion, is a prerequisite for making a top notch green curry. Yum! We also love their fresh spring rolls. They serve them with peanut sauce and one other sauce that is not plum sauce (what is usually served with this appetizer), but is far more delicious in our opinion. This is one of our go-to Thai places in North County.“

“We love Shores. With football now starting, it is not so great. It is known as a Packers bar. Today there were 6 Packers fan and the rest of the other team fans had to listen to the loud Packers game. Also, one bartender saved seats for over 2 hours for people who didn't show up. That is not right for everyone who shiftwd seats to accommodate the regular guests. Not "shore" if we'll be back during football. I hope Pete figures it out.“

Back on the east coast the wonton noodles are large and very doughy here the are small and soft. Hard large wonton noodles in my soup. Still the best I have found other then Philadelphia and New York Chinese restaurants.“
