“Can’t say enough about the goodness here at my first visit. My son who is 7 took one bite of my me so hot and it was his. The noodles were cooked perfect and the broth was to die for.

“Nice Pho spot in San Marcos. Clean, comfortable restaurant in the strip center. Located at a main intersection, about 3 blocks off the freeway. Very nice mural and photos. Staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Food is very good. Fresh and flavorful. Thai ice tea is good. The wontons in the soup are great! Highly recommended for 1 to 20 group size. Great lunch spot. Super fast service.“

I really want to love this place, as it's a local mom n pop shop and convenient for sandwiches, however, this is the second time in the last 3 months we have been overcharged.

Today I ordered a "lite lunch" 3" Tuna which includes a drink. I also ordered a 6" Ham and cheese combo- I ordered an extra bag of chips to complete both meals and was charged for 2 drinks + a medium combo. In short, I was charged for an extra drink at 2.90

The last time we came, we ordered 1 Meatball, 2 ham n cheeses, and made 2 a combo. All sandwiches were 6", however we were charged 2 combos and 2 drinks.

Either combo only means chips, which is 4.85 for a bag, or we are getting double charged for drinks.“

“Have always had a great experience at The Money Pit; except for today (10/28/24). My wife and I stopped for lunch and ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 fry, and 2 drinks. At the time of ordering your employee gave me a to-go carrier for the two drinks, and I told her that we were eating at the Money Pit. She gave me two cups for the drinks. I paid the bill of $20.04 with cash, and she gave me my change. She seemed very put out that I was not taking the drinks and food out. Anyway, when they brought the meal, there were 3 hamburgers, not 2. I said I ordered 2 and she basically told me I was lying and walked away. If you get a server about 30-35 years old, 5'4" tall, with glasses at the Money Pit expect to be treated in a rude matter. Never happened to me in the past (over 10 years of eating there), and I hope you don't have to deal with this employee.“

“MAYA’S COOKIES ARE AMAZING!! I cannot stress this enough, these cookies are possibly the best I’ve ever had. The cookies were great! They even lasted my family a few days! As someone with nut allergies I was happy to see that I was able to have some of these cookies because many mainstream cookie stores use almond flour or have cross contamination. If you have nut allergies, are vegan, or even just want to try a great cookie, I recommend this place!!“

“Tried out this banh mi shop on our vacation and it was so good. We got the pork meatball sandwiches which were delicious. The seasoning was perfect and the meatballs were not dry like other places. The baguettes were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. If you come here, you HAVE TO get the Vietnamese coffee. We also tried the flan, which was good too.“

“It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12. This is the Vista location. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.“

You pick the corn dog flavor (main menu items) and then the "filling" (cheese, plant based sausage, hot dog, spicy sausage, etc.). So many possibilities!

Aside from being very nice, he cleaned our tables without asking and he helped me again by taking our trays when we finished. “My coworkers and I would frequent this restaurant often. I would normally get one of the Large Pho bowls but other times I would venture out to Rice Vermicelli Noodles. These noodles were served with lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mints, pickled carrots and daikon, roasted peanuts and fish sauce. This instance I got it with grilled chicken and egg rolls. “Very Friendly Atmosphere. The level of spice I asked for is just right amount. I love the taste of my Pad Thai and the noodles is cooked perfectly, its not soggy nor too firm.

I love the thai tea with boba as well, it is on the bigger portion but it tastes great! It’s not too sweet not too bland and the boba is very soft not harden or sits there for too long, you can tell it was made fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Today there were 6 Packers fan and the rest of the other team fans had to listen to the loud Packers game. Also, one bartender saved seats for over 2 hours for people who didn't show up. That is not right for everyone who shiftwd seats to accommodate the regular guests. Not "shore" if we'll be back during football. I hope Pete figures it out.“

“If you’re looking for good, delicious close to Hawaii LnL flavors, go to this location. This is the best one in North county SD. This one is located inside San Marcos Walmart. The service is awesome. They serve with Aloha, even the servings is Aloha size(iykyk) This location has the GARLIC CHICKEN😋 on their menu, the other ones don’t. If you want a delicious (ono), juicy Teriyaki Cheeseburger😋 go to this LnL location. We take the drive to this location because of how good the food is, every time. Everything we’ve had here has been delicious. They are consistent when it comes to their food flavors and great service.“

I like the green the best. I lived in AZ years ago. went back home to upstate NY. there is no place near me that even comes close. “The young ladies that are usually working there are quite friendly and always make our orders perfectly. The smoothies and bowls are excellent and if you can’t find something for you on their menu then you probably can’t find anything anywhere! The shop is usually clean and tidy, which, in addition to the food/drink, makes it a nice place to hang, which my son and I will usually do when we get one of their bowls. Our favorite smoothie shop, hands down.“
