“I enjoyed visiting Cha Thai tea! The employees are always very welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. I really enjoyed this drink (I think it was a coconut avocado special? I forgot to look at the exact name of the drink) and pandan custard toast. I also enjoyed the mango coco the previous time I came here. They have a smaller, simpler menu that's not too overwhelming but the ingredients seem very fresh and tasty! I'll definitely be back!“

“I ordered the strawberry colada smoothie with boba which tends to have the boba stuck at the bottom. This led to me shaking it to mix it up like most other boba places but the lid came loose and the drink spilled everywhere. The customer service was the best.

What's even convenient for many of us who needs distraction as we wait for our order, there is a lotto scratchers machine. If your feeling lucky like I did... spent $30 on 1 scratcher and won $100. True story. I recommend their Avocado smoothie. The best Avocado smoothie in the Bay Area. I don't care and don't wanna hear it. Don't waste your money anywhere else. Go to Tapioca Cafe. “Really good bubble tea! I always get the Thai Tea, Less Ice, 25% sweet (50% if I really need a sugar rush). Order online via the web site (they take apple, google pay, and Cash App.) usually done much faster than they say it will take. The cups do seem quite recyclable, just wish the straws were too! If they had 100% bio-degradable/compostable/recyclable set up would be 5 Stars.P.S. If you are used to other bubble T's I would start with 75%-100% sweet and work your way down to 50%. I find 50% to be perfect but I don't eat/drink much sugar.“

“I ordered a strawberry matcha latte with oat milk to sip on while waiting for my friends to get brunch at Berkeley Social Club just down the street. The matcha was pretty good but the strawberry to matcha ratio was off with barely that much strawberry compote compared to the amount of matcha and milk in the drink, so once I stirred it, the strawberry flavour was minimal. I would get the matcha by itself and skip the addition of strawberry next time.“

I'm not a huge boba fan, so the drinks were ok to me but their boba is chewy and tastier than other boba.My brother likes to add a splash of Hennessey to his royal tea.Was told this is the only location in the Bay Area. Yes, one in Elk Grove but that's not the Bay.“

“I LOVE happy lemon. This is one of my favorite boba places for a fruity drink. The blended lemon drinks, which are unique to happy lemon, are my favorite. I like sweet drinks, and I'd say 100% sweetness is pretty sweet. Occasionally I'll get a milk tea, though they aren't my favorite place for such drinks. I did learn recently that a lot of drinks have sweetened condensed milk, even if you sub soy milk for the regular milk. So for anyone lactose intolerant, be sure to confirm while ordering. For this reason, I'd recommend another shop for more milk tea options.“

The service is efficient and friendly.

The store is clean and friendly. I like the color. The menu is not so large as to get lost but large enough you are sure to find something yummy.

“My daughters love boba. Eventually, after trying different drinks the kids had ordered, I was ready to try a new boba drink... And I hated it. The flavor was great, but the toppings in the drink didn't have the texture I was expecting.

I could not drink it. My body wouldn't let me swallow. (Completely a me problem, because my kids thought it was fine.) But I was unhappy about it. The gentleman behind the counter switched it out for my regular order at no cost. (Thanks again! I really appreciate it!)

Idk if they’re just robbery cautious or what but visited because of locational convenience.Ordered a dozen - was ready in under 10 min Altho no status update was given and there was no staff. 5 stars for the donuts - they’re better than Mochill or any of the other competitors/places I’ve been to within the state.The glazes were really tasty and not too sweet (I got 8 diff flavors, favorite being Guava and Fruity pebbles). Donuts were super moist and springy without being greasy. It was a huge hit for the party I bought them for with both people who are mochi-nuts and ppl who’d never had them before.
